Bent temple
They took longer than expected to arrive, and one of the hinges was bent, causing the left temple to point downward. I had to take them to an optician to have them fixed because I didn’t want to wait through those long delivery times again.

Delayed shipping although it stated that the sunglasses were in stock and would ship within 2-3days. It’s currently 2 weeks + and I have yet gotten my sunglasses.
My theory is-there is so much competition online and companies will sell you a dream to get a sale!!!!

Do not buy online!
Received a used pair of scratched up sunglasses. Customer service was terrible, and after sending them pictures they said they had to review them in person without sending me a prepaid return label. Ridiculous!
