Bad service

I had a small issue with payment where the funds were not released with the business, though they were taken from my account (completely on the payment platform, not Solstice!). Sky was so helpful and patient, making sure all bases were covered on their end while I made calls to the payment platform to make sure funds were delivered. Sky continued to update me throughout the entire process, was patient, and let me know when things finally were able to process and be shipped! I was so impressed with the customer service, patience and attentiveness. Will definitely shop with Solstice again!

this website is a fraud they just took my money and never shipped anything out want personal information and pictures of my id and credit card which i never in my life had to do

Potential Scam. The label was created over a week ago and it has never been sent. The customer service phone number has a recording saying it was spooked, whatever that is. I think this may be a rip off site. Glad I used Paypal, So I can get my money back. Beware of this site

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I’ve been waiting two weeks for my order with no updates. Can’t even get a response about my order. $200 paid and radio silence. No sunglasses. You’ve been warned!

I placed my order and have not received any tracking update in over a week. Also problematic is that there is no contact information in the one confirmation email I received for my order.

My experience was extremely disappointing.

I received the wrong pair of sunglasses. Mistakes happen, but what was most frustrating was the company's response. Rather than immediately shipping the correct item that I had already paid for, I was asked to spend additional time and effort fixing an error that was entirely on their end.

As a customer, I fulfilled my obligation the moment I paid for the product. Solstice failed to deliver what I ordered, yet expected me to bear the inconvenience and delay caused by their mistake before they would correct it.

I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you're willing to risk long delays and a frustrating resolution process if something goes wrong with your order.

Ordered a pair of shades on June 4th. It’s June 10th and still haven’t received an order update. Also ordered a pair of shades from Walmart on the same day and received them two days later. Never ordering from here again.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses 11 days ago and they still haven't shipped. I needed this as my grandson broke my other pair. Less than thrilled
