Opinion: TKTS or Official London Theatre is a terrible ticket source
Honest opinion is to consider another of the London theatre sites for tickets. This one does business as TKTS London and officiallondontheatre.com. Compared to others, in my opinion TKTS London have terrible customer service, a wonky website and take a long time to respond on issues, and by then you may have lost your money and show. In my honest opinion based on experience, other providers (that appear to have the same tickets for the same price) have quick customer service and websites that don't lead to buying the wrong ticket. This one, however, does not have phone (it's just a message) or chat support (you fill in a form and wait). You send an email and they say they will get back to in a long period, at which time your show may have passed and you don't get a refund. Very frustrating and there are much better options in my opinion that cost the same.
