Took more than two weeks to arrive

Not received item, and I have sent 5 emails and no reply to any of them

There was a bit of a hiccup but it was sorted with a bit of class on there part very good company to deal with

The seller took more than two weeks to dispatch this item. Afterwards, I sent it back because of its delayed dispatch time. After getting approval for a return, I sent it back with my own money. Since then, I have been chasing daily for refunds and there is no response. I am both without the tool, the money for postage and my refund.

Website is easy simple and clear to go through and order.
Good explanation of the pipe easy and how to set it up.
In I'm very happy with the product and its saved me lots of time and flooring wastage.
