Julie was very professional at all times even when conversation were at a high and got heated!
The session was challenging as sadly the perpetrator's did not take responsibility and was clearly missing the point to understand the issues at hand.
Eventually and exhustingly we agreed to the perps visiting my mum's house to hear the kind of noise first hand from their property that we spent two exhausted hours trying to explain to them!

Helped me to deal with issues
I found this counciling really helped with a very stressfull time, and although the situation is not resolved ive been able to divert my attention and find ways of dealing with the problems fased.
But it also helped to speak to an independant person and relived the stress I was feeling.

Fantastic planning and very informative!
The Role play on Day 2 was well organised and a very good task. I like the idea of it being in Break Out Rooms to decrease any pressure!
The organisers were very friendly and informative. A well planned and useful workshop!

Mediation workshop
Julie and Laura were such good hosts, they made you feel really comfortable. Even though it was held over zoom it was still a high quality experience that was engaging throughout! I felt like i have left with a lot of new information i never knew before.

The Introduction to Mediation workshop...
The Introduction to Mediation workshop was fab! It was planned out very well, the workbooks were very helpful and interesting, and the zoom sessions were engaging and fun! I think that the final session, where the practice mediation took place, maybe the mediators could have been given time to discuss their stances prior to entering the breakout room with the other parties to prevent any confusion (but this is the only recommendation I could offer, everything else was great!)
