I wanted to cancel right after ordering…
I wanted to cancel right after ordering bc of their charge for return shipping. I followed their instructions to do so creating an account to click on cancel order. There was no way to contact them to cancel order and no click cancel to cancel where the order was. I also emailed them by replying to the order form today. There was no email listed or chat even though they had a link chat with us. It did nothing. When they replied today, they said too late we shipped it. It was not shipped as if the time I started to cancel it or

To do business with a company whose information is wrong and is difficult to contact. Their site says a full refund of not happy in 60 days. I wanted to cancel before it was even sent.

In most cases, orders are received and processed immediately. The transaction takes place within an instantaneous automated system. We ship all of our orders out via most efficient method at 1:00PM Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday).
Since your order is already In Transit, it's not possible to cancel it at this stage. However, if you no longer want the items, you can refuse the shipment when it arrives.
Once we receive the returned package, we'll process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to reflect on your account.

I noticed a difference in about 10…
I noticed a difference in about 10 days. My neck and above lip were significantly better. Morning and evening applications are the way to go. My husband has even noticed. Shocking!!!!

Amazing Products
I’ve tried various products over the years but must say this one beats them all by far. I have currently use Eyevage, Stemuderm and Somaxcell. All 3 products are great and I would highly recommend. Purchasing on the website is convenient and easy. I have had no difficulties at all and have purchased multiple times. Delivery is super fast! Again, I highly recommend this company and their products.

Shipping mistake was quickly rectified
When I reveived my order from Solvaderm it was incomplete and one item I had ordered was missing. I contacted customer service via email, received a response within an hour inquiring if the package gad arrived opened. I replied that it was sealed upon arrival, I quickly received a response, and within a day or so after that I was informed the missing item had been shipped. So one star removed for a mistake in order fulfillment, but 4 stars remaining for a quick response in fixing the problem.

I wish you could use the rewards points…
I wish you could use the rewards points with coupons. Otherwise there is no point of the rewards because usually the coupons are a better discount! Need to revamp the rewards program.

I have never had to wait this long as I have been buying from Solvaderm for over five years. Although I love your products, the freight time and the cost of the freight is well and truly overpriced.
