I have been very disappointed with…
I have been very disappointed with their service! I had ordered via their website and a wrong address showed up, so I had to contact them to change it, because there was no way to do it on their website. They did change it, but the information didn't get to the shipping company. Then I had to contact them again to make sure that the shipment arrived at the right place. The shipment company called me the day of the delivery and told me that they couldn't find the name, which I then gave to them. But here is the WORST: the product was (due to my error) the wrong one, which we only found out once we had called an installateur. As you can imagine, this took a little while to find somebody. Finally, it wasn't the right product and I wanted to ship it back, which they then told me, it wasn't possible anymore. So today, I find myself in a situation that I bought a thermostat that I can't use, which is of course very annoying on my side, but also on the side of our environment. And even after asking 2 times, they did not want to take it back!!! It's a shame that in todays environment there is no flexibility. NEVER AGAIN!

It seems the best way to get an answer…
It seems the best way to get an answer from them is to post a negative review so I'll drop mine.
Placed 2 order in a row, one never shipped, one did. I kept asking for an updated on my first order and never got a clear answer about a shipping date or tracking. I asked for cancelling and refund after 2 weeks as I felt I'd be waiting forever, and bought the products elsewhere but they then finally responded that the parcel shipped and was received but they were referring to the second order. No answer since then, not answering the phone during the working hours, no answers to e-mails for 3 days.
edit: almost a month after the order, still no solution, they wait for the warehouse to provide the tracking that doesn't exist. they are doing this intentionnaly

Worse customer service - No hot water for +3 months !
We have been waiting for +3 month for a solution for a broken product to be replaced or to be refunded. They say they wait for the manufacturer to reply. So we are waiting with no hot water since then and no solution.
Worst experience ever.
You rather buy in Leroy Merlin, MediaMarkt or Vandenborre to make sure to be covered in case of such delicate situation

Wrong item and still no refund.
Bought item worth 266 Eur they send me wrong items.
After calling + emailing they mentioned there was a mistake from warehouse regarding the order. I sent back to wrong items. Since its been too long I requested refund for the order and still not answer or refund. Probably never going to place an order from this website.
