I ordered Somedays Period Pro kit on…

I ordered Somedays Period Pro kit on Dec. 15 and was assured it would be sent by courier to arrive in time for Christmas despite a Canada Post strike. (They are located just an hour drive from me.) When I tracked my shipment Dec.19, the courier’s autobot told me, “Your parcel information has been received by UniUni from your vendor, but the parcel has not yet arrived at the UniUni warehouse for delivery.” I emailed Somedays and was told not to worry and to reach out again in a couple of days if I still didn’t receive it. However, in two days I received an auto message saying they are on holidays until after Christmas. It is Dec. 28 and the courier still says they haven’t received the parcel. I went to Somedays Instagram page and saw a new post, so I commented on the post to say that I’ve not received my order. They promptly removed my comment and PM’d me with a message, “We’re so excited you want to be a VIP - click this link to add your email and get all the exclusive deals.” Is this even a real company?? Or have I been scammed?
