My experience with the Psychologist.

This is my first time speaking to a Psychologist. I was very nervous and anxious.
The Psychologist helped me talked about my well-being, insecurities, physical and mental problems.
I needed the guidance the Psychologist provided to achieve resolutions to overcome my ordeals.
I'm so grateful and appreciate sharing my concerns.

If you’ve been thinking of seeing a psychologist these guys rock…

If you’ve been thinking of seeking support from a psychologist these guys are awesome and make the whole process super simple. I got my mental health care plan via someone.health (free!) then you get to choose your psychologist. Really easy and convenient as I can fit it in around kids/work. Really highly recommend, put your mental health higher on your to do list 👌🏽🤘🏼🌈

Turn back!

If this was a horror movie, then this review is that sign the protagonist ignored - do not ignore this or other negative reviews.

Someone Health is not the provider for you!

They falsely report to Medicare. They dont know what an invoice is. They ignore your enquires.

Best of luck with whatever it is that you are seeking guidance and support with, you will find it, just not with this lot.

Thankful

Thankful for the service really, aside from technical issues on my end, my psychologist and I seem to make the sessions flow ok.

This facility is very helpful to the time poor and rural people!

This facility is very helpful to the likes of me, it’s very difficult to make local appointments as they need to be during working hours. I also waited over 6 mths to try get something locally when I felt I needed the help right then and there. My psychologist is very helpful so far. I think is an excellent solution to those living rurally and also to those that are struggling with there mental health in the social anxiety area, phone calls make it so much easier.

Amazing!

This service has been life changing! In these difficult economic times, I can’t believe that there is a psychology service that is not only accessible (as it’s Telehealth), but also affordable! I’ve had 3 appointments so far and am really seeing the value from them already, thank you!

An easy way of speaking to someone.

The psychologist I chose to speak to is wonderful. He listens to me and hears me when I talk about my issues, despite feeling like an imposter.

The website is clean and works well, and the choice of psychologists with their photos and description is really good. To be able to have a choice all in one place is very nice.

Friendly, professional and comprehensive

When I could access via my mobile and was highly anxious/stressed I couldn't see the whole screen. It was difficult to navigate the website and had an appt. (I thought the appt was mins away and was highly agitated). The chat box Customer service man was so calm, helpful and ...told me politely that the appt was NEXT week at the same time! He didnt make a big deal of it, or make me feel embarrassed. He got on and organised a new appt for something sooner.
I get emails in plain English. They help me enormously!!
They (the emails) are also friendly.
I still cant quite work out how payment is done, but just make sure I have enough in the bank and ...Bob's your Uncle, things happen.
I feel a LOT calmer with the aid of my Psychologist who is not intimidating, friendly and patient.
The initial GP appt was the best experience I have ever had with a doctor in 40 years. !!!
