Somerset Care company is a place where the propaganda wishes written in their work motto differ from reality every day. As example is the place where I worked by 2 years. It is Moorhaven, in this care home where utter unprofessionalism and bad management are combined with poor treatment of employees, including disrespect and violations of regulations when someone performs work they don't want to do, even though the employer claims it's in the job description. The job description is very inconsistent, leaving room for abuse and exploitation by the employer. No one listens to your opinion at this company. HR is a group of hypocrisy cliques. HR defend an employer only and any attempts to communicate that don't meet management's expectations are frowned upon and considered rude. Work in the Moorhaven Care Home is the possibility of harassment by management if one disagrees with their decisions, which are often illogical and biased in favor of certain favored groups of employees. High levels of stress and unreasonable task assignments I don't recommend working there to anyone. The main ones of bad approaches in this company is a lack of respect for independent opinions.
