Very let down by this company
On 11/01/26 I ordered a'Diana' bra from this company since it claimed to send out the item quickly - usually within 1-2 days of paying for the order.
As it's a UK company I was confident that it would arrive in a timely manner.
On Friday 16th I rang the company & asked how soon I could expect to receive the item. The man I spoke to said he couldn't see any info on his screen & had no idea if it had even been dispatched. He said, however, when I asked for a small good will refund given the delay, that he was sure that something could be done along those lines & that I would be phoned on Monday ie 19th January. This afternoon I spoke to the manager who said I could either have a refund or wait for the bra to arrive. She couldn't be definite when it could arrive as they have been having problems with their supplier. She did say they were now going to change the information about delivery on their website. She refused to give me any kind of small goodwill gesture (not even £5 off a bra that had cost me £40.60). I opted for a refund as I don't feel this company can be trusted to be honest. Their stock control surely should have alerted them that the type & size bra I wanted was out of stock? Also I thought this product was being sent from the UK not from abroad as this was not made clear when ordering. This was my first attempt to order from this company but I shall not repeat the experience.
