*I did get a refund... thanks to amazon... but it took me talking back and forth with yourselves..
You wanted me to send the faulty matt back to you... with would have been very difficult for me personally...
The mat should have been checked before sending.
The paint work was all smudged,not a crisp image... not in alignment with the design... there was missing bits without paint... there was missing colour, missing patterns, smudged paint, missing bits of the design.
Also paint cracking off the matt...
The colour was Orange, where it should have been white...
The label had been tagged through the mat... like it had been re tagged several times... and sent back and forth.
There was about 5 different clear plastic tags through the mat...
It wasn't fit for purpose and not as described.
It was disappointing.
It's resolved now. I just wouldn't recommend....
