Thank you!

Sonalle is really lovely and really helped me. I was given tools and breathing techniques to help me get through the stressful situations I’ve been going through and it’s been helping a lot. I felt very comfortable talking about everything and I’m really happy with how it all went.

Clarity and compassion

I have been talking with Sonalle for about 4 years and I can highly recommend her approach. She is a very good listener and she is able to bring clarity to areas where before I had only confusion. She has always been very supportive and I enjoy our relaxed conversations. She has helped me to understand my needs more clearly and to be more compassionate with myself.
