My therapist is amazing

My therapist is amazing. I actually enjoy and get something out of my therapy sessions. The sonder mind app is easy to use and convienet. It also helps with keeping track of your thoughts and goals. Overall, I am extremely happy to have found this. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Total lack of meaningful support

I had an issue with billing & insurance (btw - their insurance rate is crazy high compared to self-pay). I contacted them 3 times to discuss before my bill was submitted. Twice, I never heard back. On the third, I got a message that it was assigned a case number after over 2 weeks. 2 more weeks later, no update. They of course did issue & charge the invoice, though. They simply don't seem to care about users on the platform.

I also had technical issues with the platform. When I reached out to support on that issue, they responded within a day with support that was not very helpful.

I moved to a different platform. It's horrible when a platform designed to support mental health provides such frustrating experiences.

Not Helpful

My wife and I were talking to Jade Depue on some marriage issues.. I had about 4 sessions and my wife had about 4 sessions. We were suppose to have some follow-ups but never heard back. We both basically told our issues and never had an meeting together with Jade..
