Dr Johnson listens and makes thoughtful insights to my concerns

Kelly is personable and professional, listens intently to what I'm NOT saying, and addresses needs I didn't realize I had! She has made such a difference in the way I see myself.

Wendy is great! She actively listens to me and lets me talk through everything. She is a real cheerleader!

My therapist David Smith is great and the SonderMind app makes it easy to communicate and have sessions with him.

I feel Sarah is listening to what I am looking to get help with. I think she is very knowledgeable. I like that she provides me with actual items that help instead of just asking about how I am feeling.

Michelle was awesome, made me feel very comfortable. I look forward to our next session.

The way Erin relates, supports and encourages

Professional, compassionate, yet keeps me accountable for thoughts and actions. She has created an environment of deep trust allowing me to engage in therapy with complete honestly with her and myself. She challenges me in positive ways that have helped me considerably. I’ve come to appreciate our time together very much.

I’m a veteran and have tried to start w- a new therapist here, 3 times. The first 2 with no reason. I’m still waiting to see if my third attempt cancels on me as well. Whatever connection Sondermind has with the VA, it don’t work! I’m very disappointed and will not recommend this to others.

tldr: therapist was amazing, SonderMind as a whole is bad communication and hard to use.

I absolutely loved the therapist that I chose and felt we connected perfectly. Her style of therapy matched exactly what I was looking for. The first session I waited in the "virtual" room for about 5 minutes before I get a text telling me she was having problems getting into the SonderMind account and if we could talk over the phone instead. I was totally fine with that and the session went well. In that session we talked about meeting every two weeks so I assumed that meant she would be scheduling it but I was wrong. I checked my app two weeks later and I never had an appt scheduled. Ok, maybe that was my fault so I schedule again for another two weeks. This time I get a text about an hour before our appointment time asking to push it back half an hour. No problem. Then she issues with her camera and I couldn't see her. We talked for about half an hour when she tried to reconnect from another browser to fix her camera but it kicked me out of the session. Since it was technically past my original session time it wouldn't let me back in. She texted me maybe 20 minutes later but we weren't able to connect again. I will give another therapist a chance but I think the SonderMind app as a whole is not user friendly and bad with communication.

Oh well Giving me the Respect I need as a patient is so important. juliette has done that and LISTEN to my needs -problems- how i feel and make sure we both agree in the therapy she provide me. Always very Professional Juliette and knowledgeable !.

My therapist Ronnell Lewis is great. I like his approach to therapy. I am glad that I chose him. I always look forward to our sessions and recommend that people try therapy.

I have therapy sessions with SonderMind I like my therapist a lot. She is pleasant and really listens to what you say and gives good advice. I would highly recommend Jessica Palmer.
