Sonex treated me very well.
Sonex contacted me because of an issue with EDF. The caller spent plenty of time listening to my complaint. The full situation was outlined during a recorded call, and she made some helpful comments. I saved all the details, went back to EDF and achieved a great outcome. You just have to be logical and truthful, and make sure the call is recorded. You could then, if you want, get a Subject Access Request, that is, get a transcript of the call. I think this company dealt with my complaint really well.

They use a type font that most people find difficult to read
They claim to specialise in vulnerable customers, but they send emails written in 9 point type, which can't be read by anyone with cataracts etc and is difficult for anyone.
They send letters from different email addresses, so that some land in the spam filter.
They want to talk on the telephone rather than correspond in writing.

SCAM
Received a letter from Sonex saying I owed £50 for a communal tv mast. If I don’t pay they will pass this debt on to a debt collection agency....I cannot ignore it blah blah blah.
My bank have told me they had tried to take a payment a few days ago but it was blocked.
How on earth do they get away with this?
