I was very nervous ordering knowing it would cost more for revisions but I decided to try it! I am so glad I did. I chose Candace in Wonderland as my artist and I love her voice, the music and how she was able to incorporate everything into the song. I would definitely recommend her as your artist. You will not be disappointed.

Nail on the head, James! You captured the sentiment perfectly and the song you is both funny and sweet. I was not expecting this level of quality, and the tune and vocals are outstanding. Love, love, love it! What a talent!!

I should have known better than to buy something off a Facebook ad. When I received the song and listened to it, I was shocked at the lackluster sound and terrible quality. I paid $250 for this???? I should have checked reviews BEFORE I purchased. After listening to the song I went to the attached bio and lo and behold, the song samples were just like my "custom" song. I guess there's a "cut and paste" app for music. Who knew??? Never again.

I was really excited when I found this platform. What a great idea. I chose Bradley Sinclair to write and produce a song for my kids. My husband passed away when they were very young, they’re only 7 and 8 now and have spent pretty much their entire lives without him. They’re starting to really feel the effects of this as they get older and see other’s experiences with their dads. I wanted them to feel like he’s still with them even though they can’t see him. Our first version was a bit off and needed a few changes but they were so great about my requests and were quick to rework it and get the final version to us. Today we are so happy to have received it, it’s a beautiful song, it’s perfect! I highly recommend investing in a personal song. Super easy process and there are multiple options if you’re not fully happy with your original song. Thank you Bradley Sinclair and Jen Krisik of Songfinch. Truly appreciate the above and beyond dedication to producing the best song for us!

I had some skepticism about how the song would turn out, I was a bit hesitant to get my hopes up. But I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed! I spent time listening to each artist in a specific genre and fell in love with the artist's voice and songwriting ability. Ruthie Collins has clearly taken my vision for the song and turned it into something truly special. One thing that really stands out to me about this song is how personal it feels. You can tell that the lyrics come from a place of authenticity and genuine emotion, rather than feeling like some contrived gimmick. This is a testament to Ruthie Collins songwriting skills and ability to connect with the material. Thank you, Ruthie! You did an amazing job.

Once your song is locked in you can’t even see what you wrote down. And no changes even before your song is locked in with your artist.These folks could care less about your experience with their business. Shop elsewhere. I’m done giving my money to businesses like this that don’t care about their customers.

I was a little bit afraid because it's a very personal gift and you don't know if the singer can express those feelings in a song. I chose Carol Mack and could'nt be happier with that choice. She wrote the most beautiful song for our aniversary and i can't wait to let him listen to the song. Carol you are so talented! Thank you so much for the beautiful song <3

Today is the anniversary of my daughter passing. She passed away from cancer on Easter Sunday when she was 14 years old. When I first came across Songfinch I immediately thought of her. I put this song together with you all for the primary purpose of sharing it on Facebook today, the anniversary of her passing.

Apparently the only way anyone can listen to the song I paid for, is they are forced to create a Spotify account, inputting personal information online, just to listen to one song?
I assume Songfinch is partnered with Spotify, a profit share of sorts I’m sure, and the product they sell (a song) is primarily orchestrated to drive Spotify subscriptions. I paid a LOT OF MONEY for them to do so too! This wasn’t cheap by any means.
When I purchased this product from you all I honestly thought I’d get an MP3 file that could be easily shared. The marketing by Songfinch made it appear that this was easy to “share with everyone”. There was zero emphasis that this Songfinch product requires ALL listeners to subscribe to a completely different service outside Songfinch. Folks, the only way people can actually listen to ANY Songfinch created/purchased song, is to subscribe to another service. No other options. Zero. The song you pay for ends up being primarily a promotional piece for Songfinch, Spotify and Apple.
Complete bait & switch.
Here’s the reality of this product:
This morning I put my daughter’s picture on Facebook, received dozens of likes and beautiful comments in just a few minutes. I also posted the purchased Songfinch file on a separate Facebook post (can’t really call it a song because nobody can just listen to it without jumping through hoops), and all I received back was a bunch of disappointed, confused comments from my family and friends because not only could they not listen to the song on Facebook, they didn’t want to be forced to signup for a Spotify account, just to listen to one 4 minute song. So, zero people (other than myself) ever heard the song.
Needless to say, after 2 hours of this Songfinch file being posted to Facebook, I had to remove it. Embarrassing.

Very expensive experience on my part. I feel like I was completely duped by this marketing scheme, and I’m thankful none of my family and friends took the bait and signed up for the required Spotify account. After this negative experience, I’m also now going to delete my Spotify paid account. They obviously condoned this mess.
I don’t know if there is a refund policy (I strongly doubt it) but I should be refunded. Received nothing from Songfinch that I could actually share. Very, very disappointed. Especially given what today means to our family and friends.

April 10:
Everything I received from Songfinch prior to their response below, indicated that the only way to share the song was through Spotify. Their subsequent responses also pushed Spotify as the only way to share. It’s clear Spotify was their priority. The initial link to the song they also shared at one point, was not an MP3 file and could not be copied & pasted onto social media. When that link was texted, it was only a 10-second clip.
Regardless, the anniversary (yesterday) passed and I was unable to share the song. I spent a lot of money for this specific anniversary. Songfinch finally showing the MP3 after the fact is meaningless. Won’t be using the song, lost $300 too.

Zak helped us bring together a song for our daughter's upcoming 16th birthday. He knocked it out of the park. He has a lovely tone. I'm sure she will cry when she hears it. I wish he'd use more power behind his voice as I know it's in there! Highly recommend.

5AM the Nice Astronaut made a song about my son that is beyond perfect. He is an incredibly talented writer and singer that incorporated every detail we hoped for into a fun and happy tune, exceeding all expectations and bringing smiles to faces and tears to eyes. My wife couldn’t stop listening to it - she said it’s the best song she’s ever heard. Well done, and thank you.

I requested a song for my upcoming wedding as gift to my partner. I love that I could choose the style and artist, and more.

The song arrived yesterday and it has exceeded all my expectations. It was beautiful, incredibly well written and bought a tear to my eye. It feels incredibly special, and I have no doubt my partner will love it just as much.

My song was created quickly and the results were great. My lady loved her song. The price is well worth the priceless reaction. Two thumbs up.

I bought a song for my girlfriend, just because i had some extra cash and she deserved something nice and also we bonded over music when we first started taking so i thought a song would be something she would really appreciate. and honestly it was exactly what i had hoped it would be. like i am just obsessed with it! we both cried when we listened to it for the first time and she plays it constantly, it says her name and details about her and talks about our love story and it’s like a slow romance one, my girlfriend just ordered an R&B one for me and i am so excited!

It was a good attempt, melody was odd, monotonous and lacking the romantic feel intended. The words were very straightforward and blunt. The music felt very flat and unsophisticated. It is not cheap, at 250 SGD but i was excited to do it anyway because others had good songs. I had planned to share this with my partner during our anniversary and later at our wedding as a surprise song. But I will skip that and not recommend Songfinch…

I absolutely LOVE my song!!! Michelle Pereira did an AMAZING job!!! I literally cried listening to it! it’s PERFECT! The entire process was very smooth and very professional. Best of all I needed the song last minute and expedite it they did! I have no idea how they pulled it off so quick, but it was a gift for my husband for our 25th anniversary and he says it’s the BEST gift he’s ever received! We danced to our song on a yacht overlooking Positano and it was the most romantic moment ever! THANK YOU Songfinch for being able to provide such a special gift.

My dad loved the song. We're not as close as we use to be and I wanted to remind him over all the good times we did have before.

I purchased Songfinch for my husband on our anniversary and I chose Gabi & Matheus to be the songwriter and artist. I tried to write the details as much as I could and it turned out amazing! Gabi is super sweet and very easy to work with. When I first heard the song, it brought tears into my eyes. The song portrays everything I wanted to tell my husband. I cannot thank Gabi and Matheus enough to create such a memorable song for us. I cannot wait to show this song to my husband!

I can not express the gratitude that I have for Abby for writing my song she is one of the best artist, her voice is impeccable and very soulful she took my story and turned it into a masterpiece and my fiancé enjoyed it so much, we listen to it every day one of the top on our playlist. It came just in time for his birthday which was Valentine’s Day
