If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a 3 bin recycling set, delivered today. I didn’t think it was good value for the price, so tried contacting them to arrange return. There was nowhere on website to arrange return so I had to mail them. The reply I got back wanted to know what the condition was! Who the seller was! My invoice,order number etc. I sent another email giving what information I thought was relevant, in response to that, I got an update on when my order would be delivered! I replied asking why am I getting updates on an item I’m trying to return? No reply I’ll avoid this “company “ like the plague from now on!…Moving on 4 days! In came Annie, customer service ☺️. She went out of her way to sort everything out for me, can’t praise her enough. Hallelujah Annie!

Stay away - they chose no communication delivery, didn't even know it was dispatched and they said "delivered"

Order SOUK-109058
No communication from the company since I ordered (except the instant email to say it would be dispatched) and nothing at all from the courier either (Hermes, apparently - but Hermes is actually Evri now, so spent half hour looking up a non existent hermes website).
Queried with songmics who strangely asked me for a receipt/invoice, "product quality" and who I'd ordered from. When I literally ordered from their website, said I hadn't received anything or communications about a delivery from a courier, and never got a receipt or invoice - just a confirmation email. Currently £70 down the drain as there's a photo on the Evri site showing a parcel left outside my door. I wasn't in so it's been stolen, but because of the delivery options they used or whatever (or possibly not supplying my email for delivery updates etc?), I didn't even know it had been dispatched and no information supplied to tell me I had to be in today! No communication to say anything had even been delivered earlier from the courier.
Anyway - will update if they actually help by re- delivering using tracked 48 hour Royal Mail etc.

Won’t send out missing parts

Was gifted a unit by an elderley relative who was going into a care home, but there were no screws, contact company who wanted to know where it was brought etc, unfortunatly I’ve not been able to get that information, therefore the company won’t help. The unit is now going into landfill for the sake of a bag of screws!

If Evri are involved, deal with the Supplier directly.

I have no idea if I completed my earlier today review because TrustPilot doesn’t give you the option to save your unfinished Review. Anyhow, Dora at Songmics was just brilliant in resolving the issues. She was patient, prompt, kind and just absolutely superb in this matter. The only downside is that Evri treats its self-employed Couriers in an appalling manner, disgraceful attitude towards people trying to make a living, barely with Evri’s worse than Scrooge like attitude.

Songmics Doesn’t Care About Customers

We have being waiting for the order since Wednesday 03/12 however we have not received it so far. It has been 4th consecutive day and the item has not been delivered yet. We had agent Carrie confirming that the order will be delivered today but DX courier is saying something else. This has been ordered back on 28/11 and already 2weeks items not delivered. I wouldn’t recommend the trouble ordering from them.

Happy customer!

The bad reviews here are not aligned with my experience.
Product is of very good quality, well packaged and they offer discounts on the site to lower their prices. This is actually the first time a bought a more expensive bin, but only because I am fed up buying cheap bins which becomes unuseful in a few months or maximum 1 year. I hope this bin I bought will prove my high expectation. I chose colour green and I am happy it looks very nice. Definitely recommend this product, their site and customer service is also amazing.

Nice stools, decent price and fast delivery.

I came to trustpilot after ordering some stools and was slightly worried seeing the bad reviews but the stools were delivered on next day. Evri had an issue finding our address as often the case and songmics chased them up for us after an email was sent. Good communication great product at a decent price.

Took payment twice and haven't responded back to emails!
Still two payments and no product received. The tracking number they have also sent doesn't say who its shipped with so I am unable to check!

A complaint about customer serviceThe first photo shows everything wee…

The first photo shows everything we've received. 4-lockers were missing as the second photo shows. We contacted seller immediately and sent them the photo. But they confirmed that they had sent us everything. We then contacted Temu customer service. And the seller still insisted on having packed everything in the box. They firmly refused to reship the missing nuts to us. Since without lockers, nothing could be fixed, obviously we can't use them. we have to order them again at another online shopping platform. We have never met so arrogant and unreasonable sellers over our ten years online shopping experience. If we had received these four little nuts, will we bother to contact you all over the places for such a trivial matter? You are an international company, is this the attitude you have towards all your customers? It's really disappointing.

Awful service

Awful service; poor quality items. Received cabinet with missing pieces and poor quality, and even though I did pay for “worry free” insurance they didn’t issue refund. Instead they want me to deassemble the unit again and send it back which is such waste of time. Never again!

Absolutely nightmare of an experience

Absolutely nightmare of an experience, asked me over and over again to go and find a large box to repackage their item that their courier left out in the rain so the box is ruined. Told me the cost of the return would be at my own cost ! Absolutely a nightmare, do not buy from them!
