Really know what there doing and talking about
I rated song trust with overall five stars because they went above and beyond still now are helping me out and being able to claim my independence as an artist independent artist, but much love to Sound trusts if you’re an independent artist, musician producer, I’ll recommend you sign up with song trust and start claiming your royalties

Absolutely horrendous
Absolutely horrendous. I tried every which way to add myself as a songwriter, followed all of their loopholes in their help video, and the platform still does not accept it. No error code, no requests for information that perhaps wasn't understood. Nothing. It simply does nothing when you fill it all out and click 'submit'. I tried three different browsers too. I paid $100 over a month ago, got 2 replies from customer service since then only asking for screenshots (which I provided but won't help - it's a technical issue!!), proved my IPI numbers by showing them a screenshot from my PRO, and they still haven't done anything at all to help fix this issue OR process a refund. I'm pissed. I'm out of 100 bucks, and I have received the least amount of service I could possibly get. This is a giant pile of b.s., and I'm seriously sick of all these types of companies claiming they will help musicians but only make things more difficult for them.
