The transport of my car fromMcKinleyville, Ca to Santa Rosa, Ca was handled efficiently and professionally.
I am very satisfied with the communication with Harry.
He kept me informed regarding the timing of the pick-up and contact with the Driver also was very effisiantly carried out.
Highly recommended.

Jaden Brooks was a good communicator who found me a transporter almost immediately. no long wait also to my surprise he bid the price and stuck with it. most brokers come in low get your business then say we cant get anyone to pick it up at this low price. then they convince you to raise the price a few hundred bucks and bingo they found a transporter. jaden did not pull that crap so i recommend him

Was given a low price, entered my credit card info told the representative Fred I had to pick up the vehicle within 2 days, or I would be charged lot fee of 50.00 per day. He said he would get back with me later that day and assured me he would have a driver by then ........waited till 4pm ct then called to cancel and let the auction handle it even though it was more money. The lady I spoke with on the phone was rude and said she would let Fred know I called within 15 mins the responded and said I can cancel but would be charged the 100.00 for nothing..... W/E YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR beware.

They transported my car from El Paso Texas to Las Vegas .. the process was very fast, they delivered my car the very next day in excellent condition, they did everything what they offered me .. this is the second time I use this company and I will again if I need it … James Williams very professional and he was all the time in contact with me.

Thomas Miller did a great job helping me with the delivery of my truck. He was one of the only people that reached out to talk on the phone rather than just a text.

We had a bunch of technical difficulties during our interaction that were not his fault and that is where he really shined. He answered my calls and was prompt in his communication. He went above and beyond to make sure the deal got done.

Jeremy who arranged transport for our daughter’s vehicle was fantastic. The first driver backed out of the arrangement last minute and within a couple of hours Jeremy had found another driver and had the move back on track!

My overall experience was amazing, James Williams did a fantastic job of communicating, adjusting and delivering my expectations. I tried with many other shipping company’s who were very disorganized and unprofessional, however this company did an excellent job of handling my situations. James was very helpful in finding a replacement as soon as possible, for my car to be shipped out the next day. With his help I had a very successful cross country shipping process! A “bait and switch” and it was a nightmare. Sonic much better broker to work with.
