Please donot buy any products from this place 1:It takes very long time to get it to you i mean more than a month also there is no other way to contact them apart from mails and they would take a long time to reply.2 Recently ordered a dash cam from them came after a month after multiple mails and when i opened the product it is completely different from what i ordered and when i mailed about it they said sometimes the products might be slightly different to what it is shown i was shocked to their response as the product is not slightly different it is completely different to what i have ordered.3 when i ask for a refund of my money they adviced me to keep the product and will send 12 dollars which is lot lesser than what i paid also i dont want to keep this product as it is different to what i ordered .Still fighting for my refund.It looks like a fraud site..Please be aware before buying it .Highly recommend not to buy ....Fake..

Scam. False advertisement. Bought a princube printer and sent me a rubber stamp. Luckily I kept screenshots and emails for paypal to investigate. Dont waste your time buying as website becomes unavailable after purchase.

Absolute SCAM. Showed a floor mapping robot on ordering page and video, sent a lousy cheap, non functioning vacum cleaner that's worh $5 instead.

When trying to review my order, the website now is unavailable, and any product information is unavailable as well. The service email address comes back deliverable.

dear buyer dont wait for their reply file a charge back they will never and they will wait onces 60 days are passed you will loose dispute rights and they will get the money and i contact shopify is the plat form they using they told me ask another buyers also who got scammed email them your complain with order number etc exchange-support @ shopify.zendesk.com

yes they are scam i buy a club mobile printer and i got stamp and they not replying back when i email them from diffrent email marviv agent reply but he wrote my email in reply back email but i found his scam and i reply back to their email now they not responding

Bought a self cleaning mop 3-in-1 robot. They sent me a light weighted 0.2kg cleaner, like what all have said, a toy! After a few email exchanges with different customer services, they said can send back the item & they will refund the price of the returned item, EXCLUDING the original shipping charges and return shipping fees!

The most absurd reply is for exchange or replacement, I must return the original item back to them and place a new order for a replacement item. DAMN IT! Place another new order!? For another scam!?

And they stressed that they do not accept any returning packages through DHL, FedEx, UPS or any other expedite shipping methods. Plus, they are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
WHY should they care if they insist buyer to pay for the shipping cost for returned item? We pay to have peace of mind with tracking number provided by any of the above courier services to stop their denials and nonsense thereafter.

I ordered a Self-cleaning Mops 3-in-1 Robot with Auto Sweeping ,Vacuuming & Mopping. What I got was a like every one else toy fake vacuum. If you paid through paypal contact them to receive a refund under their buyer protection. Sonicbig will offer you a refund of half the amount you paid if you keep their product, This is still a not big scam. You will be to be quick as i think this company will disappear very soon.

Bought the vacuum, i wish i had red these reviews before, the sent me a toy robot, it does not have docking station and it does not do anything it supposed to do? How can any shop send out something different than on the pictures?

I ordered something on the third and waited a week. I emailed them because I had no new information from them at all. No tracking or anything. Just a confirmation number. They got back to me and asked me to fill out a few slots to help them find my order. And then didn’t respond to me since.
