I purchased a SonicStream flosser that began to turn itself on. This was particularly annoying in the middle of the night. I could turn it off but it would turn itself back on until the battery eventually drained. I reached out to Sonic Dental for assistance. Grace at Sonic Dental was very helpful in trying to trouble shoot the issue. We eventually realized that the unit was defective. A replacement is being shipped. Great customer service and product!

A game changer for cleaning my retainers. Easy to use daily with a deeper clean option which I use weekly. Only reason it’s not 5 star, is the pod could be a little bigger. My retainers overlap slightly when both being cleaned at the same time.

I have worn night guards for the past ten years and despite proper brushing, they always looked stained and unsanitary. After researching the Sonic Pro I decided to make the purchase and give it a try. Soon after my purchase I saw that there was a “bundle” deal that included the Sonic Go. As I had already purchased the Pro I reached out to the company to find out if I could somehow qualify for the deal price that included the Pro and Go and cleaning tablets. The company promptly responded. I was charged the difference in price and received the Sonic Go and tablets very quickly. Using the Sonic Pro has made such a difference in the cleanliness of my night guard. In addition to using the Sonic Pro daily I use the cleaning tablets and a brush a couple of times a week and my night guard looks as clean as new. I highly recommend it!

Great service on ordering my Sonic Odyssey. Order process was easy and delivery was very prompt. Product is as hoped delivering immediate results on our retainers - quite the remarkable transformation and shows just how much a manual clean is no substitute for the Odyssey. Love how we can charge it up and put the charger away for a cleaner look in the bathroom too.

I purchased the Sonic Odyssey for cleaning my night retainer. I am very happy with its cleaning efficiency, ease of use and consistent reliability. It looks good, is compact, quiet and simple to charge. I highly recommend this product abd would happily purchase again.

Recently had two dental plates and became concerned how to clean and maintain them. It was a chance look at a posting about the technology used by Sonic that convinced me to buy. What a great find. My mouth feels cleaner my plates stay looking healthy, and I recommend the Sonic device to anyone.

I recently ordered two sonic dental pods for both my husband and I for our night guards, as well as a one sonic go. The sonic go was out of stock but I received quick responses to my request for updates and also provided me with some cleaning tablets for the inconvenience. The pods clean our mouth guards so well - they got rid of a yellowing right away and they always come out fresh and clean. Definitely recommend!

Very happy with my Sonic Dental Pro. It's quite an upgrade from simply soaking or lightly brushing my night guard. The cleansing tablets add to the freshness and assurance that no bacteria is left behind. Delivery was timely. A great experience and the upgrade I needed for my night guard

i was concerned about how i was going to keep my invisalign trays clean, but the sonic dental pro puts those worries to rest. i use the pro every time i take my aligners out and a cleaning tablet every evening to keep them extra clean. i never notice any buildup ever! i can see even the seemingly invisible biofilm come off my trays after using the sonic dental. i’m really glad i have this appliance and will continue to use it when i transition to retainers. sparkly clean teeth and aligners!

I love my Sonic Pro and wish I had gotten one sooner for my Invisalign retainers! I’ve noticed an improvement in how discolored they are, and using the Sonic Pro helps my retainers feel cleaner.

I do wish any cleaning tablet would work with the device but understand that the Sonic cleaning tablets have been tested for their devices.
