The engine is easy to use and works just fine. Also, the guys and girls working there are always eager to help in case of problems.
What I find particularly endearing is the pricing concept: They offer the possibility to pay for just what you need and do not force you to pay a yearly or monthly subscription.
The only thing missing is that the engine should highlight parts where it is not sure if it transcribed correctly.

Create video subtitles easily in the Finnish language. I appreciate two functionalities: 1) The pay-as-you-go pricing option, as we don't have regular needs for subtitles. 2) Subtitles can be exported in multiple file formats, e.g., for YouTube and Vimeo.

I had an audio file containing Swedish danish and Norwegian language.
The system did a nice transcription however, it decided that the language was Swedish.
The Swedish transcription was excellent however, the Danish and Norwegian had some manual corrections to be done afterwards.
would be great if you could ask the transcription to be translated into English right away instead of going via Google translate

I found yours soft Sonix - very useful, I used to make a stemogram for my phd video presentation. Good text reconazing, the sound quality was not that good, but anyway the results were good!

Its really easy and intuitive to use Sonix, I tried Gooogle Cloud but couldn't even start using it because of complicated and ununderstandable interface and nomenclatures.
