Great device to troubleshoot

I purchased this tester because of its reputation, and I am very satisfied with it. It packs many essential functions into such a small package — it's truly exceptional.
My only regret is that customer service did not answer my questions before I made the purchase. I hope the after-sales service lives up to the quality of this tester.

Both the product and service are amazing!! We ordered (2), but only received 1. I emailed them and received a personalized reply within minutes! They had the second unit shipped out from Italy and in my hands 3 days later!

It’s the tool you don’t know you need until you need it. Then when you have it, you use it all the time. The very first day I had it, I was trying to figure out if phantom power was going down the TRS side of an XLR/TRS combo jack. Tested. Done.

The is unit was dead out of the box, no charging cable. I tried charging the unit as per the instructions. After an hour still nothing, I plugged the charging cable in as it says it can be used while charging. And still nothing working. Very sad for the price, expected better

The Soundbullet works excellent and is a highly valued tool out on the job troubleshooting any issue. It is neatly designed with several different ways to check signal, wether it's checking XLRs, phantom power, jack-plugs, check input signal and if/how speakers play with the signal generator - in general the ultimate signal chain tester. It is a must-have in your backpack. Plus for a very swift and easy ordering and shipping.

I recently purchased a Sonnect USB Audio cable for live performance use. What I received exceeded expectations! The cable is extremely ruggedly made and importantly, the sound quality through the integrated DAC is amazing! I am over the moon! Don't get me wrong, this cable isn't cheap, but I didn't want cheap. It has to survive live gig use, and sound amazing - and it delivers on both counts. I'm also really happy that it has isolation transformers on the XLR output plugs to the desk, as it will not get damaged in the event of phantom power being present on the desk channels when plugged in by mistake! Pretty well thought through by the designers who clearly know about live sound.
