Ordered a pop in May 2021, still not got it, asked for a refund 3 times since the initial order and still havent got onr. Now they have applied to companies houde to be struck off the bookd. Awful company

Beware of Sonner Toys ⚠️😡
Sonner Toys are multiple companies that keep reinventing themselves and scamming innocent people with their offers and pre orders when they never actually have any stock.
When attempting to get any sort of refund due to the fact that after months of waiting they simply don’t have the products you’ve ordered, you’ll find that they will insist on keeping 15% of your money as some sort of admin fee 🤷‍♂️😡, a nice little earner for them.
Trying to email them is pointless as you’ll be waiting months if not longer for any type of reply and they are not contactable by phone which is also a red flag warning 🚩
Sonner has also turned off all the commenting on all of their Facebook posts, hardly a surprise but it highlights their total lack of accountability 🤷‍♂️
Please avoid at all cost and don’t become another one of Sonner Toys victims.

Worst Business Ever

I have 2 orders that were made in February 2021 and almost 2 years later I have heard nothing. I have asked for a refund multiple times yet nothing from them. I would not recommend this business at all

If you’ve been smart enough to check out the reviews on here first then you’ll find out soon enough that this store needs avoiding & all the reviews are pretty much identical. And you’ll Learn how Truly Shocking they are. This company takes your money, either full amounts or 20% non-refundable deposits, fails to keep you updated on pre-orders or even FULFIL ORDERS, never replies to emails, WhatsApp’s or messenger. If like me and so many others that’s ordered here, unfortunately you’ve been Robbed of your hard earned cash & you will now have to either fight for your money back or just forget about it. I don’t understand how this This company is still trading & needs AVOIDING LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with

Requested a cancellation for a pre-order that I had been waiting 18 months for. I had to chase this up on social media as my cancellation e-mail was ignored.

Order was cancelled on the 12th September.

Contacted them via Facebook on the 25th October to chase the refund and was ignored. Messaged again on the 16th November and mentioned going through my bank to get my money back.

I received a response saying they had been going though a period of stabilising the business as they were under new ownership. I was told they were working around the clock to get though the backlog of refunds due.

I still haven’t received my refund. Off to contact Trading Standards and my bank.

A very bad experience

A very bad experience, If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered a studio series sentinel prime which is still available for pre order on their site however the item has never been stock. When I contacted them and they actually replied the first time, they were quite polite, apologised and said that I was entitled to a full refund. They cancelled my order on the 2nd of November, It's the 22nd of December now and I'm still yet to receive the refund. After multiple attempts they are now no longer replying to any of my emails. I'm now having to go via my bank to get the money back (that they said I could have an a refund) that they just not sending me. I'd find somewhere else to get your stuff.

Pre-ordered a figure in February 2022

Pre-ordered a figure in February 2022, was due to arrive in March 2022 and it got delayed which I was cool with, months passed by and there was no update on a new estimated arrival date so I contacted them and they just say “we will update the website when we know” it’s now been almost a year since, no update of where my figure is, and now they’ve gone AWOL on social media, avoid this company at all costs, feel so scammed. Awful experience, wish I’d never ordered.

Not a collectors fan favourite site

I don't think I can give. It 1 star because the customer service when it was actually responding, was good.

This is a review I was hoping wouldn't have been a low star one, but the fact that I ordered my first product 12-13 months ago and all I keep getting as a response (when I get a response, customer service emails have now stopped responding to me) is that they are having problems with shipping and getting the items, however they seem to be constantly updating their site on new items and taking pre orders when they haven't got their s**t together for existing orders. Given that they seem to be the only site that is experiencing shipping issues when it comes to obtaining the stock, it leads me to believe that they probably don't have the stock secured for the pre orders they've taken.

Stupidly, I took the approach of naive buyer and then prepuchased 2 more items in August 2022, of course those have not arrived either and I've been told the same thing.

I have since raised disputes over the transactions as I'm fed up of waiting for the item, which I believe will not come. I could have ordered these items elsewhere and had them, like other collectors have already done months ago.

I've missed out on at least 1 limited edition collectible I ordered because of this and that is now being sold for an extortionately overpriced amou t now. On other sites, meaning I will have to pay, a significant amount more than initially expected now that Sonner toys has screwed me over for this.

I'd advise you to our hase in stock only items from this place, but even then I wouldn't trust that its guaranteed. The only way to guarantee a purchase would be to head to their store and purchase in person and even then I have no doubt that you would be given the run around.

Steer clear of this merchant is my advice.

Not willing to give me a refund.

Sonner Toys, had a nightmare experience with this company, they are withholding a refund since October this year for no reason i can think of, this is quite a large amount of money which would of helped me over Christmas, it’s now boxing day and i still have yet to receive my refund or a reason as to why it’s taking so long. I have raised complaints and even contacted a consumer ombudsman but have yet to hear anything, do no use this company.

Do not buy from this company!!!

Preordered 7x different Ghostbusters mini marshmallow funkos in December 2021.

Order should have been fulfilled
by Feb/March-22.

Chased them up that did result in getting 4 of the funkos in May-22.

Since then no communication from them regarding the outstanding 3 funkos due and have sent at least half a dozen emails to get a refund with no response.

DREADFUL!!!

Pre-Ordered items over a year ago, never received any updates. Had to badger them for a reply then they admitted they would not be fulfilling this order. Refund was promised 3 MONTHS AGO and still nothing.
I have another Pre-Order with them which I'm guessing they won't be honouring either.
Absolutely ridiculous!!!

No refund after 30 days, £110.91 refund ignored

Had three preorders, including one for an item that has been available in several places months ago now. I understand delays but it felt like I’d never be receiving £110.91 worth of products.
Emailed with an actual response and cancellation from Scott on 23rd November, was told ‘we expect this to be completed within 30 days’, okay yeah a long time but at least that brings me to today (23rd December).
And yet, no refund.

I’m £110.91 down right before Christmas, made worse because I had to track down the items on the secondhand market just to complete a couple of collections.

DO NOT buy from this company they aren't issuing refunds

Pre ordered an item in April 2022, had a dispatch date of August, that date came and went no item arrived, I contacted them in November 2022 as this item was available everywhere else and they still had it on preorder, no correspondence from them apologising or keeping me informed of any delays, you can still pre order that item now! I spoke to someone and was promised a refund. It's now Late December and no refund has arrived. Absolutely appalling behaviour from a company, it seems from other reviews that this is a pattern. Do not buy from this company. I was informed by a member of staff that they have new management and since then the company seems to have rapidly declined. I've been left with no other option but to report them to Trading Standards along with having to file a report with my bank to claim my money back. If you are in this situation make sure you ask for a cancellation code as they didn't give me one and they should have. Luckily I have all the correspondence so that has been passed on to other parties.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I understand if pre orders are delayed but their communication is shocking and they ignore multiple emails. I have been chasing a promised refund on a pre order that should have arrived in May 2022. The refund was promised a month ago and nothing has come back. I have sent 3 emails with no response. I am now escalating to my credit card company.

Waiting for a pre-order for over a year, with no updates, and no toy - wont respond to emails

Sadly it seems one of my local Collectibles stores has gotten into some trouble. Have bought stuff from them in the past, and they were okay - but have been waiting for a pre-order for over a year, with no updates, and no toy - and now they wont respond to emails. Its only one figure im waiting on, so i'm not massively out of pocket. I fully understand shipping delays and other manufacturer problems, but customer service, with this sort of fan base is key. I'm somewhat lucky i don't live too far away - If i can get to the store in person i'll try and get a refund, but not holding out much hope unfortunately....

Terrible company, do not buy from them!
Pre-ordered several Pop's from Sonner Toys, paid for them and waited. The products have not been provided, I have emailed several times, been very patient and no response or help. Attempted to cancel the order and get my money back and no response. Reported to trading standards!
