Extremely poor…
Absolutely atrocious experience. The shipping time on my order was almost a month!! Not even one courtesy email from Sonner-Toys to explain the ridiculous delay. Nothing. Took my money and then left me in the dark wondering where the hell my order was as it stated online on their website it would arrive within a week. When I finally emailed to inquire where my order was it was like trying to get water out of a stone, and I was told at one point I hadn’t even placed an order!! What a joke. Customer service took a week to reply to me. Totally unacceptable. Only the very last correspondence I had after yet another week did I get any information about my order. My order when it eventually arrived was well packaged, which I am grateful for. Overall a very poor first experience with this company, I doubt I’ll use again sadly.

If I could give zero stars I would. Pre ordered an item in August 21, date moved from September 21 to February 22 but still waiting. I have messaged twice in last 6 weeks for a refund but still no reply. Avoid if pre ordering and only use their shop to purchase items.
Pre ordered in January 2021 and still…
Pre ordered in January 2021 and still not received products. Fast forward 18 months asked for a refund. Still now received the refund despite being told for the past 3 months that they are processing it. Absolutely awful customer service and have no hope in receiving any of my other orders I’m waiting for and wondering if I will ever receive a refund!

I made a pre-order in Feb and ETA kept getting delayed dispite my seeing item in person in other stores. I've had an agreement via email since June for a refund but it's never happened and I am no longer getting responses to my emails or their live chat

where do I begin!? avoid this company by all means necessary. They basically false advertise and use your money in bank. 1 year later and I cancelled pre order. So many emails ignored until I went on their social media platforms to complain publicly and then....I was contacted/refunded eventually . I never knew how bad the reviews were for this company, literally shocked!!! All I can say is the best option is to simply go to the store and take whatever is your moneys worth and walk out if they don't respond. hope this helps

Do not pre order anything from this store they will not give you a refund. I pre ordered items at this store earlier this year and requested a refund 2 months ago and im still waiting. Sent emails to customer service just to get no response.
Order from May still not delivered by nov
Ordered in May 2022 sent many emails to the company keep getting told awaiting stock it's now nov 2022. They don't answer any more requested refund to no avail.
You have failed to reply to any emails. You finally answered and said I would get refund in 21 days that has now gone and still no refund. Do not buy from this company. I am one of many people who have not recieved product of refund. I have contacted trading standards and will be making a claim in the small claims court.

Awaiting refund from December 2020, and they are ignoring emails. New companies have been set up in June and September 2022. Maybe things will improve when there new website goes live, but for now I would avoid!

I preordered an item from Sonner Toys on 11th March 2021 (order number 7982).
18 months had passed, and quite frankly I'd given up hope on ever receiving the item, and there were loads of them available immediately from other vendors.
Therefore, I emailed them on 6th September 2022, seeking a refund, and was advised on 12th September that my refund would be processed in due course.
Over 8 weeks and 2 emails later (to which I'm yet to receive any response or acknowledgement) I have still not received my refund.

Don't order from these clowns, orders Don't turn up and them they won't refund you. Been waiting over 6 months for a refund after waiting over 6 months for a pre-order.
Avoid at all costs!
I have been trying to get a refund on the order I made in August 2021! I never received part of the order. After contacting them several times on 14/09/2022 they finally agreed to a refund. However I am still awaiting this refund! I have also messaged them asking for a refund on my other outstanding order, now they do not reply at all. I messaged them a final time warning them I would contact Trading Standards and still no reply or refund. I have now contacted Trading Standards. Avoid this company, especially with pre-orders as they need seem to not be able to source the products.

I've had to cancel my order as I don't believe you will be able to deliver them. I've had figures on order for a while, one of which has been from a previous order awaiting arrival at your warehouse but I have sourced them elsewhere.

I pre-ordered on 9th June 2021 - I have sent a few messages to Facebook messenger since then to enquire about my order with no real information or help. I have now asked for a refund.

Pre-orders unfulfilled and promised refunds still unprocessed!
I've given Sonner Toys more than enough time to refund me for three pre-orders, for which they owe me a total of £193.35.
Out of these three pre-orders, they were only able to fulfill just ONE figure, and that was only because I reached out to them months after release date and they found they had one in stock. Sonner Toys themselves never bothered to fulfill the pre-order out of their own volition!
Furthermore, they keep saying that they will process these refunds, but never do! It's always one reason or another, the latest being "We have a new management team/owners who are working tirelessly to resolve these issues." How is that supposed to reassure those of us who have already been waiting for months with no resolution?
So I've had enough and already filed chargebacks to get my money back!
Pre-order 21/05/2021 still not arrived
I pre-ordered items 18 months ago which are now freely available everywhere. I have sent several emails but only received one generic response back to say the items would be sent when they arrived - which doesn't tell me anything.
After that email I haven't heard anything for months. I sent a message asking for a refund and haven't heard anything back. My next step is to go to trading standards if I'm ignored this time.
Very disappointing service.

Having requested a refund during August 2022 (as the item i wanted never came in stock- since April 2022); I was told I would recieve the refund in the next couple of days...
Couple of months later and I'm still chasing my refund; but they have stopped responding to my emails.
This is very frustrating! Sort this out Sonner Toys, before I put in for a chargeback and report you to trading standards!

For a company trying to expand THIS is really important stuff to get right because if you grow but lose your customers you'll just be an expensive failure.

Haven't received preorders and took a lot of chasing to get refund
I preordered some items in 2021, but I haven't received them and I have now been chasing a refund for 2 months but I either don't receive a reply or I receive a reply saying they'll refund but then they never do (again, it's been 2 months I've been trying). I definitely wouldn't preorder anything from them again and would advise people to avoid them.
Edit: after many emails sent and Facebook messages I spoke to someone on their Instagram who got a refund to me in a few days so I added a star for that.
Great value mystery figures
Recently bought a number of mystery action figures from Sonner Toys and have to be honest i was expecting the usuall dross from anything with the word mystery on it i.e. all the rubbish that no one's bought or wants to. What i got was completely the opposite - every figure is one i would happily buy at full price, in great condition and the value for money against what i paid is outstanding. Will definitely be ordering more through Sonner.
