Bed and mattress were delivered by Abzy and Majid who were friendly, polite and respectful to our property. They did an excellent job of manoeuvring the bed to the room of choice and made sure I was happy with it before they left.
Sonno customer service were very helpful and addressed an issue previously. Definitely recommend this company.

Abzy and Majid were very respectful, taking off their shoes even though we didn't ask, as it's a new house. They were careful bringing in the bed and set it up, checking the alignment was correct. So pleased we paid the extra to get them to build it as it wasn't quite as simple as we thought. The bed itself seems very well made and well worth the price paid although we haven't used it yet as our mattress is in storage. We would have no hesitation using this company again.

Jacob phoned to let us know the time of delivery, if every delivery man was as good as him the world would be a better place. Highly recommended and this company is very professional.

Had 2 different companies texting me to tell me they were going to deliver the bed, sonno themselves phoned to say it would be an early 7am drop off but I wasn't bothered as they were starting early from Leeds, they get all the way to essex to find out the van wasn't loaded with my bed, driver was extremely apologetic but wasn't his fault to be fair, then 2 hours later I get a phone call from AIT Home delivery to say they'll be with me in an hour 🤣 big mess up in the logistics there somewhere! Wouldn't mind if I didnt have to get up at 6am on a saturday for no reason! Nice bed though once it came, so no complaints there

Happy with bed after a great service from Sary & Isa, after coming in to fix all the installation faults by 3rd party AIT after the initial delivery. Why Sonno use AIT I have no idea. If AIT appear at your door, chase them and ask for Sary & Isa.

Riasat and Utba Malik delivered our new bed and collected our damaged bed we had from Sono. They unpacked the items for me and took away the packaging. Super helpful and friendly.

The first Sonno ottoman that was delivered last week was faulty. Sonno arranged for a new one to be delivered and the faulty one taken away. I was disappointed but they worked hard to get things sorted and put right, sending me updates on the replacement.

The new delivery team, Abu and Eby Y, were just fantastic. They worked extremely efficiently and set up my bed perfectly. I have nothing but praise for them and their high quality delivery service. So professional and polite too. Top marks to them.

Riasat and UTBA Malik were very professional and efficient with assembling the bed. They came at agreed time and managed to accomplish the job in about 15 min. I was informed about every step from purchasing the bed to bringing it to my bedroom.
