Original bed was delivered in December 2025.
Report an issue afew weeks back and had a visit, then new replacement sent out.

Delivery was very quick and on time on the agreed date. The delivery team (Jacob H and Kam) were very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. I haven’t slept on the bed yet, but it looks very nice and well made.

I had an excellent experience with the delivery and assembly of my Sonno bed. Jakob H and Kam were professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They arrived on time, handled everything with great care, and assembled the bed quickly while making sure everything was perfect. They were polite, respectful of my home, and left the room clean and tidy when they finished.
Their excellent customer service made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Jakob H and Kam, for a fantastic job I would highly recommend them!

Bought a blanket/storage box to match our bed. The first one arrived smashed at one end. This likely happened in transit, but Sonno customer services were lightning fast to reply, get another one made and sent out a few days later. This time the delivery van had their company logo on it, rather than outsourcing to another delivery company. I knew from this that they were talking extra care to ensure the same thing did not reoccur. Delivery men brought the box upstairs to our room of choice, which was most helpful! Blanket box is lovely, well made & the perfect thing to finish off our bedroom. Thank you to the Sonno team.

1st Class Service from start to finish, Just had a replacement Mattress as the 1st one delivered was to hard for us, nothing has been to much trouble dealing with this company and the delivery team Sary and Isa were very professional & pleasant to deal with, thank you Team Sonno

Jacob H & Kam were fabulous ❤️ great communication on letting me know when mattress would be delivered. Took old mattress and brought replacement mattress upstairs to bedroom. Friendly and considerate, really careful around some of the things we couldn't remove from our stairs. Great guys a credit to the company.
