As a media composer & producer, Sonokinetic libraries feature in many of my DAW templates. They also have a great customer service for if/when you’re in need of advice/support. That’s worth a lot to me. I’m a fan.

Very sad to see Sonokinetic using AI artwork.

While AI is destroying art and illustrators, Sonokinetic thinks it's A-Okay to use it for promoting their Fantasy orchestra.

Our question is of course: Why should we be bothered to watch that artwork, if you couldn't be bothered to draw and film it? And why should we buy a sample library in stead of having AI generate it, if the one selling the samples thinks the same about images?

Not buying this product, that's for sure.

Great sample, great price.

From the moment I made my purchase, the process was seamless and straightforward.

I recently purchased the online product "Colors" to complete a time-sensitive project. After downloading the product, I encountered significant functionality issues that prevented me from meeting my project deadline, resulting in the loss of a client's order. I contacted Sonokinetic to report the software problems but did not receive a response for several days. Eventually, I received a brief and unhelpful reply stating that a software update might address the issues in the future, without providing any concrete solutions.

I expressed my dissatisfaction, explaining that the product's malfunctioning and the lack of support made it impossible to use effectively. Unfortunately, there was no further communication from the company. As a result, I am leaving this feedback and plan to file an official complaint with PayPal to request a refund for my purchase.

It is disappointing that the company accepts payment for a product that does not function as advertised and fails to provide adequate customer support. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in both the product and the support services offered.

Nice new addition to the sonokinetic library… top notch sample in sound, quality and do inspiring… though I do wish to also have the alternative “legend” way to scroll through presets as an option…

Using Sonokinetic libraries puts you in a different league of composer / producer. These are as good as you can get, and when on sale, the price is very reasonable for the quality and immense amount of effort that went into making these libraries!

Like many music software libraries, there are a lot of steps to get through the process of downloading it and so on, but the Sonokinetic instructions were easy to follow, every step was made clear. Everything went well and have already tried out the product (Fantasy). What was really amazing is that I had it my cart for several months with a discount code and you still honored it on top of the current sale price.

Sonokinetic is great. Their 12 days of Christmas are great. And I am a happy customer!

Sonokinetic charges fair prices for the work that goes into their plugins. Easy installation, download instructions, and support were critical factors for me. I would purchase their software again, as no one else creates virtual instruments like they do.
