Low quality uppers, they crack after 6 months, the finger straps torn off after a few weeks. The initial marketing was good but the product was low quality. Customer service was bad also.

I am having a negative experience with their customer service.
I ordered a 700$ shoes for my husband, it arrived but the size is not right. I have sent them more than 5 emails and after two weeks, there is still no answer on how to exchange the shoes or more guidance on the right size!

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY. They make their shoes extra large and tell you to buy a full size down on their website. I did this and the shoes have stripped my feet in just a day. They are far too small. The company customer service team are refusing to issue a refund even though the sizing instruction is incorrect. I'm currently making a claim with the consumer ombudsman. Do not buy from these guys. The shoes won't fit and they'll clear your pockets of £200.

Absolutely amazing. I have bought a pair of brogue and tassel loafers and the quality, the finishing and craftsmanship are mind-blowing. The 9th son should be a pair of desert boots.
