Soodress is definitely a scam. They did not provide a tracking number until i requsted one after 16 days. It said it was shipping from China but the tracking number says it is in Lithuania. There was no email, no communication, nothing. Don't waste your money.

Dress took 5 weeks almost to arrive and when it did, it wasn't the same as on the website - much less bright. The dress itself had boning at the side that stuck into my sides.
I have asked for a return label and they have asked for photos of the dress, not replied to my email or my follow up one and not provided any form of return label.

Soodres is a scam. 27 february I have ordered a nice blouse with flowers 67.99usd and I have got a joke that resambled somehow but was a poor imitation of the product seen on the website. Not worth more than 5usd.The quality and texture of the material, the pattern and colour of the design were rubish. No label or tag attached to show where it was made, from which materials, how to wash and so on. When I complained and asked full refund first they answered that possibly the difference comes from the light conditions when the picture was taken. Ridiculous. Than they offerd to exchange with another product. No thank you. What if it is the same rubish product. I have sent the product back to China through the return service of our national Romanian state owned postal services with only 11usd. Any other company was asking 150-170usd for sending it by air (the only option). I asked Paypal the refund and have sent them on line in the resolution center the tracking number copies of transport documents and a picture of the stamped anvelope. Paypal said that in fact the seler where the item had to be returned was Soolinen probably the owner of the Soodress website. I suppose the scam works also because people do not find a cheep way to return the products or do not want to bother if the freight cost is higher than the item they return. It happened to me once or twice for other reasons but I got my money back from Paypal. Next time before ordering I will search the reviews.

Stay far away from this company. These people are scam artist. they take pictures on runways and send you the worst clothing ever!!! they are not even close to the picture. Beware of return policy. They say you can return if not satisfied but you have to pay to get it back to China. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They are getting away with fraud. I emailed them to say my item was nothing like what I ordered and they ask for a picture. I sent the picture and never heard from them again. I disputed the charge on my CC but they put the charge back on my card because soodress said they would except returns. It didn't matter if it cost you more than the items to return !!! And, I used Amex

Also this company may be the sister company to Soolinen. They are just as bad so beware of them as well.

How is anyone even remotely stupid enough to fall for this scam?

Soodress is a SCAM. Confirming that this is 100% a SCAM. The imagery and products are AI generated and you will NOT receive your order or be able to reclaim the funds with your bank. Do not fall for this SCAM.

Once more for clarity: SooDress.com is a SCAM website, you will NOT receive your goods and you will be DEFRAUDED of your money.

If you have had this experience, report the website to google to have it removed - you can do this by searching "Report a Phishing Page" in google search.

I was so hopeful that my order would work out, sadly the item that arrived was very inferior and not worth the money. The sewing is bad, the fabric had a 100%linen label on t when it was clearly polyester. Returning it is not even an option as the postage alone will be more that items cost originally. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! I've learnt my lesson.

I ordered two dresses from their website—they looked amazing online. After waiting over 60 days, I finally received them… and what a disappointment! The quality is so poor, I wouldn’t even use them as rags to clean the toilet. Stay away!

After browsing through this site my laptop started going nuts the mouse was moving around by itself,I couldn't click on what I wanted to even after deleting the tab my laptop continued to glitch like it was on Acid.....Avoid this website.

I ordered a pair of shoes. After 30 days no shipment received. They said They were shipped. They actually have made up tracking. Showing where your shipment is with the same date listed everyday. Never received the shoes.
This is all made up… I hope more people look this up before ordering. I didn’t look up until after I had trouble.

I was looking for a pair of boots and I stumbled on this site on Pinterest. The pair of boots featured looked great and I decided to visit the site and see what they had to offer. I ended up ordering 2 pairs (the featured and an ankle-length). So this is what happened after I placed my order (for background, I ordered a week before the Lunar New Year and it’s a China website):

1) I placed the order on 21st Jan and got the confirmation email.

2) I didn’t hear from them a week after placing my order. And since it was the Lunar New Year holiday in China, I waited until the end of the holiday to email them about the order (it’d been about 3 weeks since I ordered at this point).

3) I finally emailed them to cancel my order and they responded quickly (within 24 hours) with them finally having shipped out the boots with express shipping (note: it was indicated that both pairs had been shipped.)

4) I received the boots a week later. I only received 1 out of the 2 pairs I ordered.

5) I emailed them to ask about the ankle-length pair and they informed me that since it was custom-made, it’d take a while and they would update me with a new tracking number when it had been shipped. (It’d been about 1.5 months at this point. In fact, it was on Mar 4.)

6) I waited for another 2 weeks (it was 3/18 by then) with no updates from them and canceled the order and requested for a refund. They processed it and I was refunded in 2 days.

By the way, the pair I received didn’t even look anything like what they show on the website. Digressing, I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that had I not questioned them, I never would’ve seen hide nor hair of either pair of shoes. The customer service seems great, though (since they replied me within 24 hours and processed the refund swiftly).

Bottom line: my experience with them had been nothing but exasperation, exhaustion and frustration; it was also unpleasant as hell.

We don't ever order online, so didn't know the mistake we were making ordering from soodress. We ordered a size small bathing suit, it took forever to arrive because it was coming from China (we didn't know). The bathing suit that we got was a size XL, and the tag has clearly been cut, but not all the way so we could still see the size. They won't refund, and won't pay shipping for us to return even though it says on their website that they would.

I have done a chargeback on credit card and when they reached out to Soodress they tell them they take back any item and refund 100%. So credit card need me to return items to give company the opportunity to"do the right thing".
In the meantime Soodress have contacted me to offer me a store credit of 35% if I cancel the dispute or 50% if the item sent to me was not the right size.....how does one know what the size is, no labels at all in garment, no washing instruction, no sizing, no material content.
I am not cancelling the dispute so at the fine sum of $65 i have sent this bag of rubbish back to them and then if they do not provide me with a full refund the credit card company will providing I have done everything they have asked me to do. Which I have.
Lets see how this plays out.

I ordered 3 dresses and all were horrible quality and looked nothing like the pictures. I wrote to customer service various times for a label and they never responded. Shipping back to the Chinese address was rediculous cost. NOT TO BE TRUSTED

I ordered a black jacket in 2024 & quality was good. I ordered a coat & sweater in December 2024 & quality was HORRIBLE. I will not order anything again from this site.

I've ordered online, paid immediately but did not receive a confirmation mail, nor a track & trace. I have no idea if & when my order will be delivered.

i received 2 out of 3 items, both items of shoddy and cheap quality and the 3rd item still nowhere in sight after 2 mths. no response from customer service as well.

and btw the products are expensive i paid almost $200 for prob $2 worth of products. so in short, yes this website is a scam.

they still have the audacity to send me quite a lot of marketing emails. such shameless hacks

This company claimed they shipped the products over a year. When contacted they said it was shipped and probably had gotten lost. Just recently, they confirmed that they had reshipped a replacement order. To date, it hasn't arrived. It appears that they are very dishonest and are not prepared to take the blame, even after the correct address was provided on two occasions. Stay Away from Soodress

I sent back some clothes for a refund n Soodress Cust Svs said they processed my refund on 26 Jan 2025 but to date no refunded amount were reflected on my credit card. The experience I had with refunds was awful - first I had to sent back the clothes at my own expense n waited for a long time for acknowledgment of receipt n refund, did not hear anything from them till I chased them up for an answer. I even had to chase them again to check the status of my refund and all I got was a checklist of what they have done. They claimed refund was made but nothing was received thru my credit card account.

Unfortunately I wish I read the reviews before I placed an order. I ordered two jackets to be delivered to Hong Kong. After 10 days I emailed to find out where my order was. It was a 10 to 13 day estimated delivery arrival. I heard back and they said my order was customized & they would contact the factory to find out how long it would take to be made. Which is not true. I ordered two jackets in size 12/14 US. I emailed every day to find out where my order was. It arrived today and needless to say the quality of two jackets are terrible, so cheap and the jackets do not look like the pictures online. It was US$132 for these very cheap quality jackets. With no label inside just a made in China tag. Hopefully others will do the research before they waste their money by this company.
