I signed up for account

I signed up for account, I have an offer for a 14 day free trial. I haven't, as of yet, took the "plunge" on this. My concerns are:
1) Having to enter CC payment info(while not unusual) the website is rather light on detailed information on how the "automation works"
2) See above, information on how their "system works" is very ambiguous, vague.
3) If they offered a 14 day free trial, required no CC information and/or offered "paper trading" to see how well their system works I'd be inclined to jump in and try it.

No customer support

I waited several days for my new account to be verified. Now I've been waiting several days for my initial deposit to be transferred. Their customer support is totally useless. They will not reply AT ALL. There's also no phone number to contact them either. I've now deleted my account. Stay away from ANY investment company where you can't get through to customer support!
