Really pleased with my purchase. I bought two beds for my dogs and they're being used every day and look so comfortable. The only constructive criticism I could give is that the sizing could be clearer - it's best order a few sizes up if you're unsure

Love the product and the dog just sleep all days at the bed, she loves it. Could be more resistant at the seams, but its ok.

My dog absolutely loves her soothing bed!!! We put it in the car when we travel and she sleeps the entire four hour ride.

I have two dogs and got one soothingbed for them (I still have another dogbed aswell) both of my dogs like the soothingbed so much, I really have to get another one. They seem so comfortable in it. Especially my boy who has anxiety, he really loves it!

Both of my hounds have these beds and they love them. One did start to come apart at the seam after a few months, but I just sewed it up

I purchased two beds, one of which developed a hole at the seam after barely 2 months of use. They asked me to send pictures, and then replied that I was past the 30 day return window so the best they could do is offer me 50% off of another bed. For as much as I spent, that bed should have lasted longer than 60 days. I then left a 1-star review on their site which inexplicably never appeared on their site.

My dog LOVES this bed. The min I opened it she was in it and she lays in it daily. She has a few beds around the house and she even sleeps in bed with me. She will occasionally wake me up to let her down (she’s too small to jump down on her own) and I’ll find her sleeping in the soothing bed rather than with me! I will def be ordering her another one when I have the need for one more in the house.

Purchased a small for my 8lbs Pomeranian

Bought this for my little guy, Yogi, a Bichon. He’s getting older and more anxious and this bed soothes him and he loves it!

It took a long time to arrive, but since 'Santa' brought too many things for my dog anyway (he really WAS a good boy this year), there were fewer questions from jealous kids... LOL!

We have an issue with the cats stealing it from the dog but one of them will 'share' the bed with him. Overall very pleased with the product.

They need to work on communication, but I understand that they are a new company and experienced a deluge of orders just before the holidays which caused the backup (coupled with shipping from very far).

My dog has been enjoying her soothing bed since its arrival a few weeks ago. We used to give her towels on the floor and let her sleep on them but recently she seemed not to be okay with that. I saw the ad of soothing bed on instagram and wanted to give it a try (I seldom do online shopping!) and it's quite a delightful surprise. The texture is comfy, and my dog Hebe sniffed it for a few minutes and the bed has now become her best companion. My only complaint: Hebe has become lazier because she prefers to stay inside the bed more!

Two highlights: the fabrics are exceptionally soft and comfortable; light and fluffy. Secondly and most importantly, it is machine-washable and dry-able. We've washed and dried it for several times already (we did it once a week) and the bed still looks and feels perfectly fine.

Hi, Just like they claimed my 3 beds I ordered my 3 Shih Tzu’s loved them. They laid right down .
I decided myself to wash them after a month to keep them fresh, honestly my one dog is 14 and gets a bit smelly. So with that being said, I put settings on delicate, and dried them the same way. Unsure if you should do it if your going to blame the company if something goes wrong . I’m not that type, but all I had to do was grab and move some stuffing back in place.
Very pleased and so are my dogs.

Our 6 1/2 year old boxer is very happy with her new bed. She was very eager to jump in it once it arrived. The xl bed was perfect for our 60 pound boxer she has enough room to curl up or lay across it. Great purchase.

Hi, my name is Lucy, and I am a dachshund. As a more senior dog (13 years), I am even keener on a kip than my sleep-loving younger counterparts, and like all dachshunds, I am VERY fussy. Knowing this, my mum got me a Soothing Bed as a Christmas present, and I love it. It keeps me super warm and cozy in the New York winter (which is less cold than usual, but still), and it calms me right down when the buzzer goes, or the neighbors bark, or the sirens and horns on 6th Ave blare. And that is, for realz, all the time. If I had thumbs, I would give this bed the thumbs up, but I don't; I'm wagging my tail. Thanks, Soothing Bed, you rock. PS, I am ordering a 4 XL for my mum when they are back in stock. Again, for realz.

My poodle loves it, doesn't want to sleep with us anymore only in his bed. 😉 I'm happy I ordered it.

My pup loves it! Even my cat does as they regularly try to beat each other to the bed. It came relatively quickly and was in perfect condition. It’s holding up well with 3 animals running around the house. Super pleased with it, 10/10 would order again!

Our boxers love these beds! Don't even mind sharing. Our bed came defective and customer service was quick to send a replacement and a blanket for inconvenience. Thanks you.

Most of these reviews deal with poor customer service - an experience I did not have. My bed came pretty quickly and I didn’t have any problems. I got the extra blanket with the bed and I’m so glad I did.

My only negative would be that I think the sizing chart was off- I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and it’s was recommended that I get the large. I think it’s just slightly too large, but it works and my dog loves it. Not to mention, I love the way it looks in our living room.

Overall, great bed and great customer service experience.
