30 day return policy is a joke. Good luck getting anyone to respond to you in order to complete a return. I was emailing with customer service about a return until I submitted all the information they requested then they quit responding.

Product ( couch covers fit perfectly and really help with my dog. I recommend them to anybody wanting to preserve your furniture

They are quite soft, easy to put over your sofa cushions and look good. I have a large dog and a small dog, the large dog was getting her nails snagged in our sofa, but that doesn't happen with these covers. I've washed and dried them twice and they still look new and soft.

Photos are true to color. Easy order process. Quick shipping. The only complaint I have is one of the covers is a little too small for my ottoman and a little too big for my chaise lounger.
They repel the hair from my German shepherds and withstand all the mud & dirt that is tracked in from our property. They're easy to clean and stay put on my cushions well. It works so much better than the sheets I was using to try and save my couch

I received the order and they did not fit the whole return process is a nightmare you have to email to request a return then your prompted for an exchange and to send measurements and then to get that exchange and refund for additional items that did not fit you have to submit a list of six things I will never order from this company again

I ordered 3 cushion covers for my chairs that my dog climbs on and always leaves dirty feet print. The covers came yesterday and I put them on the chairs. they look so great and I am excited that I bought them. Before I checked out they offered an extra 65% off if I ordered more however; I did not do that in case I did not like them and was stuck with something I was unhappy with. I do want to say that if you are considering purchasing these the 65% is well worth the extra covers, you will not be disappointed.

The covers look nice and fit well. They are not at all water repellent. The material is super thin, so don’t expect much protection.

I ordered my sofa covers months ago. For reasons that are not clear, they never came. That may sound like the start to a bad review but…not. The customer service rep, Chelsea, worked with me to make it right. The covers fit great, they stay in place and are comfortable. I highly recommend the covers and the company.

I placed my order in late June 2025. I quickly received an e mail indicating that my order was being prepared for shipment.After a couple weeks with no word so I checked the status and no movement. I have followed up at least five times and receive the same form response apologizing for the delay and asking if I wished to cancel the order. Tried calling but get directed to use their e mail for contact. As of Sept 12, still not received. Very disappointed and canceled order.

After years of searching and spending money on different sofa, chair and ottoman covers, these are absolutely amazing! I am very OCD and everything always has to be perfect and I love the fact that 99% of the time you don't even see a wrinkle in these covers even after my pibble and I get up from sitting or lying on the sofa, and I have yet to see even one dog hair and let me tell you my house hippo sheds ! lol The only thing that I would hope for in the future is a cover for a chair and a half. I purchased the chaise cover thinking that it would work, and unfortunately, it doesn't fit well enough
I wasn't looking for perfect, but it just doesn't work with the shape.
Hoping to purchase anotheelr set as a backup. I might even know venture on a color lol. My sofa is off white, so I got the cream color.

The seat & arm covers fit beautifully, even better than I expected. The back cushions on my sofa are attached and the covers fit great and stay put. A quality product that works as advertised. Excellent job Soothing Home!

If I could give 0 I would! Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and their website has false advertising. “100% money back guarantee, no questions asked” and “Please stay assured that the cost of shipping the item back is covered by us.” are both COMPLETELY FALSE.

I’d been in contact with the SoothingHome support email from 8/14 - 8/27 with nearly 11 days of radio silence from them in between.

8/14 I asked to return the product for a full refund (unfortunately the covers are just too small and there are no options big enough for what I need). I was offered a 50% refund for me to keep the product to avoid the hassle of the return (what’s the hassle? They send me the return label, I print, I drop off at UPS or USPS or whatever carrier they use). I declined because I have no use for the product and just want to return the merchandise in exchange for my money back (after all, their website states they cover the shipping cost back for returns, right?).
After some back and forth, on 8/15 I was asked to provide pictures of 3 things for each of the 20 items. I was asked to take pictures of each wash label (4 pillow covers and 6 arm covers were NOT delivered with wash labels); each zip loc bag; each bar code label. I was told that once those pictures were received by them, the return label would be requested from the warehouse and sent to me.

I spent about an hour or two taking the 50+ pictures requested by SoothingHome support and sent them via email on 8/15.

That is when the radio silence began. I followed up a few times via email and called the number on the website (disconnected) with no response until 8/26. And the response only came after threatening to report them to the Better Business Bureau and leave bad reviews on FB and any other platform I could.

Ultimately, they told me I would be responsible for paying to the ship the product back if I wanted a full refund, which is NOT what their website says. Just to be done with it, I elected to get the 50% refund to keep the product that I do not need.
