I have a white couch. I wish the color of the lightest one was more white. But that said I love that they are protecting my couch from all the dirt and grime my dog can bring in. They wash up nicely and overall I am very pleased with them.

The product is as described; After spending over $300 on different types of covers for Sofa, finally got something that looks great and staying in Place. The Green color is BEAUTIFUL I’m going to be needing more and not comfortable ordering from Soothing Homes in the future though; It took a month to get delivered and came all the way from China when the company info shows them in Nevada; Don’t like deceptions; If you are going to be running a good business, tell people up front how long and where product is coming from; I was sent emails saying would take a few days to process then something like 5 to 10 business days for delivery; The customer service responded quickly to all my emails with apologies which was nice, didn’t get my purchased product to me any faster though; I even got emails asking me what I thought and could I review and let them know way before I received the sofa covers- like a week after so ordered them; was a very frustrating time for sure;

Do not order unless you want to wait a very long time for a product that is coming from China as their excuse. Ordered 5/27 and still don't have 6/21. But I requested small change to order less that 4 hours after placing it and was told it was too late. Verging on scam...

This company is great! and their product is even better! I love my covers and they fit like a glove. It is so easy now to keep my furniture clean with the 2 Husky Dogs I own. I also had a great experience with their customer service. I was shorted a cover and when I called them they quickly responded and after asking a few questions from me they put my replacement cover in the mail. When I didn't receive it after a few weeks I wrote back and asked if it had been sent. They told me the date and the tracking number and said it was out of their hands at that point. Sure enough, I received soon after that. They even emailed me to see if I had received it yet! I recommend these covers to anyone who has dogs and would like to protect the furniture they have. They also are super easy to clean and would buy them again if I had more furniture to cover! Thank You Soothing Home!

Ok, Soothing Home Hero Sofa Covers are the real deal. They only got 4 stars from me because delivery took about 6 1/2 weeks and that was with me contacting them. Having said that, customer service was no hassle and efficient. The covers themselves are heavy duty and fit both the long cushion on my sectional and the smaller cushions. I got the coffe/beige color and it blends nicely w my decor. I’m thrilled with these covers as I have bought 3 different brand of covers in the past which all looked awful. These look decent and seem strong enough to do the job and last for awhile. Kudos Soothing Home.

Placed an order online on 6/09/25 and today is 6/17/25. Haven't heard anything from them so I tried calling their CS line but was referred to voicemail all the time. send email to CS and never received feedback at all. They took my money ($228.89) and now I have no merchandise and no communication. Watch out, scam company!

Customer service was very helpful in expediting my shipment. They kept me informed every step of the way. The covers are beautiful, exactly as advertised, fit well and my dog loves them !

I did not receive my order within the promised two weeks and had to call to find out why. I did not receive the color I selected. At that point, when I received it, I did not want to go through the hassle. The covers fit well, but I will not suggest others buy them.

I was very excited to receive my covers, but was quite frustrated with the length of time it took to receive them. While their customer service support was great about communicating status, I wish I'd known in advance it would take over a month to get my order. But overall, I'm very happy with the product!

I placed my order on May 7, 2025 (confirmed). I then contacted their customer service on May 21, 2025 in regards to the status of my order and was told that they were backlogged and my order would be processed as soon as possible. As I am writing this, it is June 10 and I have received a confirmation of shipping that my order is coming from China. So another 3 weeks before I receive my product. How very disappointing especially when they charge you for their product before they confirm shipment.

I can't evaluate the product because I made my order 2 months ago and still have not received it. I have reached out many times to the company and still nothing. This stuff is coming from China. My order has been on a plane for 3 weeks. That is an amazing plane to stay in the air that long.

I just couldn’t be happier❣️ I have an oversized L sectional, and I knew by measurements that the length of the couch part would fit properly, but I really didn’t think that my oversize chaise would fit with the measurements. So I just ordered the couch part first and my God, the color Jade White matched my light cream color couch so perfectly and it’s so soft and so wonderful and I just thought, dear God, I want the other piece on my chaise part so I said I’m just going to order it and hope to God I can make it fit and sure enough it fits. I mean it barely fits, but it fits well enough for me to be really happy. It’s very stretchy material and it doesn’t roll up so it has remained very well in place since I’ve put it on last week. I am super stoked! I Would highly recommend this to anyone! It’s soft and feels like a dream.

I kept buying covers to protect my leather couches from cat and dog scratches. The Soothing Home covers are by far the best, so easy to put on, remove and they just go in the washing machine and dryer. Very happy I found this product!
