10 days and no shipping info

Wow! I guess I should've checked reviews before placing an order with this company. I feel like anyone that has placed 5 star reviews is fake and probably works for them.
My son asked me to order him a shirt. Normally when he asks me to order from an online store I've never heard of, I do my due diligence and check reviews. I made the mistake of not doing so this time and feel that this is just a damn scam.
I placed the order 10 days ago and still no shipping information. After reading all the horrible reviews on here, I am now not surprised. It's all the same complaint. Weeks go by without any correspondence of shipping. Website says 1-3 days for processing and 8-11 days for shipping/delivery. After 10 days..it still says awaiting shipping. Wtf is the deal??? Why is it taking this long to process and ship ONE shirt??
I want my money back!!

Tbh I still haven’t got any of my clothes and I ordered them in july this is absolutely ridiculous my order number is PQT49087 and I spent 176 on some things then droped 66 on some other things and still haven’t received my clothes would like them to come or a refund

Still waiting on my email back!!? It’s been almost 2 weeks and they sent me the wrong pair of jeans i emailed there support email and no one has responded to me this is horrible service they just lie and lie and say someone will reach out and they never do don’t waste your time.

Total Scam. Don’t Waste Your Money.

The T-shirt I ordered took forever to ship and didn’t even arrive in time for the event I needed it for. When I tried to return it, it took days to get a response—only to be told I’d have to pay out of pocket to ship it back to China for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. $50 down the drain. Avoid this brand—don’t get scammed like I did.

It is no bout my grandkids love your modern product.
1) The only glitch that I find frustrating is the delivery time. I believe it is way too long.
2) The guide of sizes. It is always best as a size chart to put actual sizes for youths instead of heights inches and centimeters. While that can be helpful due to the different individual measurements and body structures, it may be a good idea to ADD actual sizes. Example:
10-12=M…14-16=L…and then the actual measurements next to it.

Other than that it’s a great product!!

Please send me my shirt

I placed an order for ONE SHIRT (Order No. EZT92714) on July 21 and was expecting to receive it by August 2 as I have an event to attend and wanted to wear it. After a week of not receiving shipping or tracking info, I reached out using the customer service email address, and was informed that my order is going to be shipped out asap. If processing is estimated to take 1-3 days and shipping is estimated to take 7-8 days, why are there no updates? The ONE SHIRT I ordered still does not have shipping or tracking info attached to it, and after reading these reviews, I’m not even hopeful the ONE SHIRT I ordered will be of good quality or will actually be delivered at all. You guys are replying saying there’s a hold up with items being out of stock or due to “the holiday”; well communicate that to the customer prior to them leaving a review.
