I’ve been using the sleep gummy’s for a few months now and they have genuinely changed my life, the value and quality of sleep I get is so much better for this product. I have tried several different things and nothing works, these help me fall asleep and stay asleep without feeling groggy in the morning. I would recommend to anyone!

Okay the sleep gummies!! WOW!
I have ADHD which I take medication for during the day & I really struggle with sleep. In fact, I always have done even prior to medication. Even if I “sleep” 8/9 hours, it’s always really broken and I never feel rested. I’ve tried so many things over the years from prescribed aids to various supplements and gummies and none of them have helped, they’ve all just either given me a super dry mouth and a “hungover” feeling in the morning or made my already vivid dreams, even more intense! Not only that, but they’ve also been super expensive.

I stumbled across SOQ by chance on Instagram and thought I’d give them a try at the start of May. I can’t believe how good they are!!!

Firstly, the price is super affordable, they taste amazing, and they don’t get stuck in your teeth!

But the difference in my sleep when taking them?! HUGE! Not only do they make me feel sleepy (not in a drowsy way, just in a “ready for sleep” way, which if you have ADHD, you’ll know isn’t all that common!) but they allow me to get a pretty solid nights sleep! They don’t “knock me out” to a point I can’t wake up but if I do wake up in the night, I nod straight back off.

But the best part? I wake up feeling ready to actually get out of bed & start my day! No groggy feeling, no dry mouth & actually feeling rested.

The difference in my sleep tracking on my watch when I take them v when I don’t is huge too!

I had to buy another bottle because my boyfriend pinched mine after trying them one night and seeing a huge difference. Now we’re both hooked!

I’ve just ordered the Brain Boost gummies to try next which I’m sure will be just as amazing! Who knows, I might even be able to come off my ADHD medication eventually!

I love these supplements, I haven't quite finished my first order but I've just received my second order so I'm definitely hooked. It's the first time I've tried gummies and they taste really nice. I ordered the bundle of 5 plus an extra Sleep Well for my husband, I'm perimenopausal and have noticed a big difference in my sleep and energy levels, also stomach bloating has reduced massively after the first day. I have been taking the brain booster and skin radiance Soq supplements for a month now and would highly recommend. I’m perimenopausal with ADHD and I literally feel like I’m glowing from the inside out! WOW! These supplements are the best on the market- hands down! Thanks to the Radiance gummy's my skin is feeling and looking incredible and I have beautiful glow- I am hooked on these gummy's for life.
