Been following Sora for a while and finally decided to give them a try. Ordered the most recent drop - pants with the jacket, and had no issues! Received both items a week later and the quality is top notch 🥹! Reaaally love the combo

Arguably the worst clothing brand I have ever bought clothes from. First off, I want to say this, if you want to buy anything off of them there’s a chance they will completely forget about your order. It had been nearly 5 months I have bought from them with no update, they make multiple excuses to the point where months go by and they come up with another excuse. After waiting on the 3 months mark, they stated that my purchase was a pre-order so I would have to wait a while, which makes somewhat sense. However, they dropped new clothes that they had stated they are already shipping which contradicted everything, how are you shipping a new clothing piece you just made but neglected an old drop from months ago? After waiting two more months, I contacted them and they completely forgot about the order, but sure enough kept my money. I will be asking for a refund finally. They delete all comments about updates on peoples orders, never do business with this brand ever. The designs look nice but they are misleading.

I ordered on Aug. 11, 2025 and thought I would get my package within 2 weeks. I sent a few emails that went without response and they finally emailed me on September 11, 2025 that my package would be sent. They then sent me another email on September 18 with a fedex tracking number and no package has been associated to that tracking number since and it is now September 26. I wanted this for my daughters birthday on 9/19 and they have completely let us down.

Please please please do not order from them! Yes the clothes look nice but the customer service and everything else is absolutely horrible!

I ordered in April and got my order in September. Not only that but I payed extra for stickers and to prioritize my order. There were NO stickers in the package!

I also ordered pants that were supposed to come with a little extra accessory, but that one was missing aswell.

When you email them, they take MONTHS to respond to you.

And also, the packaging said “made in china”.

It’s not worth it!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! In this economy??
I placed an order in April 2025 and STILL have not received any updates regarding it getting shipped or anything. I have been trying to constantly reach out through the only contact they have, which is their email . I have sent an email once a week for the past month and have been completely ghosted. At this point I want to file a contention with my credit card but I don’t know if I can given the time frame. I really like to support small businesses and the designs are really cool, but this timeline and “customer service” is absolutely abysmal and I am embarassed for this clothing brand. and PLEASE STOP sending me emails about sales on your website when you STILL can’t fulfill orders placed 6+ months ago.

I ordered a product in May with information that it would be shipped out within 15-30 business days.

Now, in September, it still hasn't been shipped out with zero updates or information.

Customer support was not helpful at all and only said "the item will be shipped out very soon" ... all the way back in July.

Save your money and don't order here.

Never received my order 6 months after my order has been confirmed back in march 2025.

Avoid at all cost. Customer service is slow and ghost you.

Had no informations for about 3 months, so I sent an email to get informations about the parcel and if I could get any tracking link. They gave very vague answers and promised the parcel will be sent soon so I don't open a Paypal contention.

3 months later I'm being ghosted by their customer service.

Save your money.

Man, I really want to recommend sora but their order times are absolutely abysmal. I personally waited 6 months for my order but I know others who have waited/are waiting for longer. Since the clothes have eventually arrived I've been a huge fan of the quality and love the clothes. It's a shame that they can't seem to keep up with orders or they would be somewhere I shop frequently but for now it's going to be a one and done thing.

Got my MHA cargos yesterday, it's super high quality material and they look great

I realy worked hard to make my grad3s better for months because my mom promised me if I could she would buy me bakugo cargo pants and a zoro jacket from sora clothing and when I finally succeed she bought them that was now 5 months ago I haven't received anything and I was so happy to get them (I live in germany) I hope this reaches SORAclothing.ca I haven't lost trust in you but I'd like my clothes

What can I say? I haven't received my package. I haven't heard from them in two months. I sent them an email using their email address for problems and such. But nothing, not even a reply. Now I'm trying to get my money back. I haven't received anything from them yet.

The delivery was as expected so no complaints there just missing a piece, the problem lies in the quality but furthermore the customer service.
To get a reply is like trying to talk to your boss which is on holiday 24/7.

2/5 cause I liked the clothing, otherwise 1/5

I ordered some clothes which were listed as "pre-order" items, so I expected a long processing and delivery time (their stated time was 35 bussiness days), but holy moly this took long. I placed my order 9th of March, and recieved my package today, 15th of August.

The clothes themselves were very good quality though! Look as promised and fit very well.

I also did get a response from their support team every time I emailed them (three times during the 5 months this took), but the information they had was not all that useful, basically just "we'll send them as soon as we can".

All I can say is that if you're not in a hurry, they are worth the wait! Having some supply chain issues is not a crime, but I wish they were more honest about the estimated shipping dates.

Okay, I will rewrite my opinion about Sora. Although I've waited very long and had my order waiting from March ...

I got my package today and I can tell you, I'm so thrilled and happy that it finally came in good hand. The quality of the clothes are fine af. I really love the work and details ... and it suits and feels firm and nice. It's giving art and I'm here for it!!! I want to order more clothes really bad, but I have to weigh my options for it ... giving to the long wait.

I'm hoping you're reading this before making a purchase... SoraClothing.ca is a SCAM.

We ordered an item "pre-order" to be shipped end of May and three months later we still don't have the item. They continue to send us promo emails but when asked about the item we get a poorly written "thank u for the wait. It will ship soon" and they provide a bogus date.

Threats of cancelling the order and filing a dispute go unanswered, so I'm taking it to my credit card.

Be warned... you won't get anything from them but a headache.

If I could give negative stars I would. This company was so terrible to deal with. I ordered clothes for my son and after 5 months they still have not shown up. After a strongly worded email, thankfully, we were refunded our money but months of promised deliveries and a very disappointed term later. This company should be brought down.

I would not recommend this to anyone.
I ordered a bag in January with the notice that it will be delivered in 10 days and the shipping taking 15-25 days, after the time had passed, I tried to get in contact with their support, which took 2 Months to get a response saying it will take another 5-6 weeks, becuase theyre experiencing a delay (this response was in april). Its now june 8 weeks after their response, and still no package.

I dont know if the quality is good but so far its been a very tedious process

Recently Ordered 2 pants. Both had a terrible smell and one of them had white spot all over like if it had mold. Emailed them about the damaged pants and wanting a replacement but have not heard back. They lack communication. Wont be ordering from them again. The quality of the cargo pants isnt worth the money I paid for.

I really cannot recommend ordering from this site. My order took over four months to arrive, and during that time I contacted customer service multiple times. Each time, I was just given vague replies and empty promises, without any real update or transparency.

When the package finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed. The clothing is very poorly made — the seam on the right cargo pocket of the pants ripped after just one wear. I reached out again asking for a solution, but this time I received no response at all.

It’s honestly frustrating and completely unprofessional. First you're left waiting for months, then you receive damaged goods, and in the end you're simply ignored.

I really wanted to support a small brand doing something creative, but after this experience I can only say: stay away. If you order here, you risk long delays, poor quality, and zero customer support.

I didn't get my jacket in time that it said it was gonna be hear and still haven't got it. I been waiting for 2 weeks now
