Ordered two art prints for grandson’s…

Ordered two art prints for grandson’s nursery as first Christmas present. Three day delivery. Ten days later not received. Tried to phone and leave message - cut off. Sent email. No reply. Sent messages through automated links - email saying delivery would be sent that day and would receive email updates. Christmas Eve - no updates, no order received, no Christmas present for grandson’s first Christmas. Money taken. Really disappointed. Terrible customer service. Want to support independent retailers online but cannot support Soren’s House sadly.

Purchased bottles for my kid

Purchased bottles for my kid , but we’re not good quality and not what I expected considering the price of them , they refused to return them and sent them back , really liked this company always used it for all my kids stuff but never again , avoid at all cost

Hello. As stated on the product page we do not accept returns of opened and used baby bottles due to hygiene reasons. This is clearly stated on our product pages and is absolutely necessary for hygiene safety. We did return these to you at our expense so that they can still be used. I hope you understand.

Helped us out when no one else could

We were missing some of the parts from our daughters crib which were lost when we moved house. We just could not find anywhere that stocked these parts until I contacted Soren's House and they were able to get hold of exactly what we needed. They were a huge help and very friendly. Thank you very much!

Good service with item as described and…

Good service with item as described and delivered on time and well packed. The night light is lovely and our 6 year old thinks it's great. It is light so it's easy for him to move and projects the stars well. Attractive and fairly compact.

Endless Delays and No Customer Care

I purchased a bed from Soren’s House at the end of July, with an estimated delivery time of four weeks.

After four weeks with no update, I contacted them and was told it would arrive “in a week.”

The same thing happened again, repeated delays and vague promises.

After seven weeks, they claimed the bed had “passed customs,” but a week later, it still hadn’t arrived. Then they said there was a “production issue” and it wouldn’t arrive for about another six weeks.

When I contacted the bed brand directly, I found out there were no production issues at all. Shockingly, Soren’s House hadn’t even placed my order until a month after I paid.

It took a whole eight weeks after my purchase to find out that I wasn’t getting the bed I ordered. I only discovered this because I kept following up.
They never once updated me on their own or took any initiative to explain what was happening.

They initially offered me a £200 gift voucher, but when I asked for a full refund and the voucher, they refunded the purchase but have ignored all my emails about the voucher.

Even though their auto-reply says they respond within 48 hours, I haven’t had a response in weeks.

The company directors were even included in the emails, but there has been no response from them either.

In my experience, this retailer cannot be trusted. Communication was poor, information misleading, and customer service unresponsive once money was involved. I strongly advise avoiding Soren’s House.

UPDATE:
Despite using a display name, the company publicly exposed my full name without my consent. I politely requested them to remove it, as this violates both privacy laws and Trustpilot’s policy, but they have not done so. This says a lot about how they operate and how they treat their customers.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I can see from our communications with you that manufacturing of the bed was delayed until October, which you were made aware of. We offered a £200 gift voucher as an apology (which was nearly 50% of the bed) if you would take the same bed in a slightly darker shade or lighter shade of wood, or were happy to wait. You decided that you would like to cancel and refund the order, which was no problem at all and actioned immediately. You then sent emails demanding the £200 voucher too, which as a small business we definitely cannot do to avoid a negative review. Sometimes mistakes and delays happen, and we always try to make this right and do our best. Wishing you all the best, and apologies again for the delay with your bed.
