They are selling fakes - don’t fall for their lies
They are selling fakes and then claim that they aren’t misleading as the fakes are inspired by high end models. That is just another name for a fake. They will tie you into a knot with trying to return and cause you a lot of anxiety. Please do yourselves a favour and avoid them. They aren’t based in London. They are still trading, so the best way to get your money back is to contact your bank and claim that you never received your goods. You should receive your refund from the bank and they will sort this horrible company out.
P.s. all the positive reviews here seem to be written by either AI or marketing departments of the brands they copy. Please don’t fall for it.
Misleading Products, Poor Customer Service, No UK Returns – Avoid Soreza
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Soreza and I would strongly advise others to avoid this retailer.
Issue:
I ordered a handbag that looked elegant and high-end in the website images. What I received was completely different—cheap-looking and nothing like the photos. I immediately emailed the company to initiate a return.

I’d like to request the return of the bag below with order number #SO975671.
I don’t believe that it matches the pictures and so it doesn’t match my expectations and I don’t like it.

Key Problems:
The company refused to acknowledge my rights under UK consumer law.
They offered only a 20% partial refund for a misrepresented product.
They claim to be a UK-based brand but expect customers to pay to return faulty goods to China, which is not compliant with their own policies or fair trade practices.
No prepaid return label was offered, despite the product not being as described.
Conclusion:
This company is not based in the UK, does not comply with UK consumer law, and makes returns intentionally difficult and expensive by only accepting them in China. Their customer service avoids accountability and offers “partial refunds” to avoid processing legitimate returns.
Buy at your own risk. I won’t be ordering from them again—and you shouldn’t either.

The first red flag was when I found out my bag was ship from Shenzgen. It's not London area as I knew and I have been in this Chinese city before.

I wanted to return a bag which was in fact a load of rubbish which on their website site told me they would send a shipping label ( which is what is stated on their Terms). Purchased an Eliza tote. Supposedly leather. When it arrived it was a Polene dupe with ‘Polene’ written on the bag and definitely NOT LEATHER. They sent the bag. It wasn’t real leather. Terrible quality. I sent it back and they said they would refund me the money but nothing. I had to send it all the way to China (cost me £20) on top of what I paid for the bag. Avoid!!
These people are unethical
These people are unethical, fraud, thieves, liars and scammers. They feed their families by scamming people. I rather go to sleep hungry than to know my food is paid for by scamming innocent people who have worked hard for their money.
I paid $140 (CAD) expecting a high quality bag as shown on their website. What I received was a damaged item with no protective packaging and defects. I reached out for a replacement, and after weeks of chasing them via email, they finally agreed to send another. The replacement also arrived damaged. One side bulging, stitching inconsistent, lock buckle not centred, and again, no protective box despite my specific requests.
The bags had a strange chemical smell. For an international order at this price point, the lack of care is unacceptable.
To make things worse, they deleted my honest reviews from their site and blocked me from posting my reviews again, clearly trying to silence customers. Their responses are vague, delayed, and dismissive. I’ve documented everything. As of right now they’ve completely just stopped replying.
They are also not a UK based company as their bags ship from China with a horrible smell. They steal pictures from other sites and send low quality and fake bags.
Save yourself the headache. This company is a dropshipping scam. They do not care about customer satisfaction, only profit.

I ordered two Longchamp bags from Soreza and was shocked to receive two fake replicas — one of which was even the wrong colour. The items were never advertised as replicas, which is outright dishonest.
When I contacted them to return the items, they admitted the bags were fake but still refused to cover return postage — even though they sent me the wrong colour. Their customer service is appalling: I respond to their emails within minutes, but they take up to 3 business days to reply.
This entire experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and frankly disgusting. Do not waste your money — Soreza is deceptive and completely unprofessional.
