Sorrento Kitchens 

I Have bought a Kitchen but he has traded as a Solar PV installer I had him install sdaid he hjad insurance but it was not in force at the time of my installation. I conacted him and was told to get lost by the chap on the phone. So I would stay away from them and him for any work or goods from any of his businnes he has ran he scamed me and lied about his insurance.

Stay away of these people. The product presented on their website and what I thought I was buying was totally different than what I have been sent. When I have tried repeatedly to have it replaced for what I have ordered they haven't answered in purpose for months and eventually refused when it was too late for me to have the credit card payment returned. Worst ever experience of buying a product online.

Please respond to your customers that have spent alot of money and have tried on several occasions to contact you. Trading as Sorrento and Acorn Anglia Ltd reassuring customers that they pay for a local quality service is unacceptable when you don't honour this after you have been paid. This shouldn't be allowed to treat customers this way.

Purchased an ex display kitchen with appliances travelled some distance to collect, Sorrento had dismantled and bubble wrapped the kitchen doors appliances and sink, i loaded van and unloaded van . When i unpacked the doors i found 2 doors badly damaged, I thought they may have been damaged in transit, all were thickly wrapped, however the damage sustained to one fridge door was greatly impacted with a large piece detached on closer inspection in packaging there was no pieces to be found..... these doors were packaged damaged ......... I then unwrapped all other items to find the new porcelain sink was cracked through the tap hole, evidence of over tightening of the tap fitting. This was old damage and not a new fracture, i feel Sorrento have been dishonest in their description and could have been up front with the damage. I forwarded images of the damage and have called and left messages with not the courtesy of replies, Mitch does not return calls and its very frustrating. I really think they do not care, this leads me to say BUYER BEWARE. ....!!!!!
Short sighted and not good business practice, i will be pursuing this matter legally.

Completely unacceptable behaviour from this company. All friendly when you buy. If anything goes wrong, they make statements like ‘see you in court’ by text and ‘if you have paid for goods it’s your problem’. They messed up with measurements. Shower door banged into bath. Our plumbers asked if this owner knew anything about bathrooms. They were horrified by this companies response to elderly people. They over ordered things but would not collect them to refund. They really are dreadful and everyone we told said it was disgusting to be treated so badly. They wanted £400 to replace shower they mis measured, but then sent another shower threatening us if we posted anything negative they would sue us. They could easily have got this right. We all make mistakes but it’s the way they handled it that was disgraceful. Wish we had never gone to them. They have lovely kitchens that we would like, but hell would freeze before we would give them another penny. Sad they could not be graceful enough to make things right for us. Our new bathroom has been spoiled by tiger arrogant behaviour. Let’s hope they learn from this.
