We booked a number of private transfers. All were reliable, cars excellent and overall a great experience. Dion was also contactable by phone and very helpful.

My son (18) was travelling solo from a schooltrip in Mexico over to join us in Sorrento and I booked him a ride from the train station in Napoli on the Sorrento Review site. Dion from S.R. replied personally right away by email and was very helpful and kind from the moment I booked the ride until my guy safely arrived at our door. Very grateful for a personable and reliable service, highly recommend.

We used Sorrento Review in May to collect us from Naples & take us to Sorrento - also for the return 12 days later.
We booked in advance a few months before & we thought the price was quite good… Dion was very easy to communicate with which is always a great start.
We were nearly an hour late on the evening arrival but the driver was still there waiting.
The ONLY gripe was that the car was a bit small, but luckily our luggage managed to just fit in the boot.
Our driver couldn’t speak English & we couldn’t speak Italian, but we had a great conversation using the ‘Translate’ app. 😂
Our collection & return journey went just as smoothly & our driver spoke very clear English.
Our driver was there at least 15 minutes early 07.15, which was just as well as the traffic was horrendous. We had a comfortable journey in a nice Mercedes air conditioned people carrier & he got us to the airport in good time.

We would definitely use this company again & highly recommend them for sure.

Dion at Ischia review(also sorrento review) was a huge help in our recent trip to Ischia and the Amalfi coast. His website is amazingly comprehensive with tons of information, on hotels, restaurants, transportation, and things to do! He arranged a private tour on a boat around the island, which was incredible! He also arranged Private transportation between Naples and Ischia and Amalfi. After long flights, it is so nice to have someone waiting there with your name on a sign and whisk you away to your next destination. All of the transfers were prompt, with beautiful cars and friendly efficient drivers. Dion checked in with me several times during the trip just to make sure things were going smoothly. Incredible service! I recently used Sorrento Review for a round trip private transfer to the Amalfi coast from Naples and it was exceptional! For starters, Dion was very prompt in responding and staying in touch. We ended up missing our train and got delayed by over an hour and it was no issue at all. Right when we got off the train we were able to easily locate our driver who had a sign with my name on it. Very smooth experience. I would highly recommend using them for any of your transportation needs! Dion and his team are wonderful!
