Our group of 6-8 travelled through Italy for a period of two weeks. We engaged Sorrento Review for all of our travel needs. Dion and his team were spot on with planning, scheduling and punctuality. Drivers were professional, engaging and served our needs to a tee. Vehicles were clean and provided all the comfort we needed. A few itinerary changes were attended to immediately. Communication with Dion was responsive and he shared location ideas (restaurants, activities) as we moved along. Our touring covered the Puglia region, Naples and the Piedmont. Excellent service! We have recommended to family and friends for future transportation needs across Italy.

Great experience with this car service. They were very attentive and quick to respond as well as the cars being very nice and clean. Drivers were also very friendly and assisted with suggestions/recommendations of activities and restaurants.

I used Dion at Ischia Review for multiple tours and transfers. He was great. When the weather turned bad and prevented us from a private boat tour/transfer to Sorrento, Dion and the Capt. of the boat communicated the days prior to make sure we had an alternative plan. All the tours and transfers were provided by an execelent car service with great drivers who spoke english. Tours included a Drive around Ischia where we were taken to the best resturant. Transfer to Sorrento and a trip to a Vinyard at hte base of Mt. Vesuvious. Most of all everyone communcated every step of the way. Never felt a bit of worry about tours/transfer. I would rate Ischia/Sorrento review a 10 if I could.

Most convenient way how to travel from Salerno to Praiano.

I booked return transfers for 8 people from Naples Airport to Sorrento in early September and back. Not only was the price very competitive but the communication from the outset ( with Dion who I discussed the booking with online) and then the drivers was 5 star. The minivans were very comfortable, the drivers turned up on time and they communicated with me the night before which gave me confidence as it’s not easy when you make the booking for a group. The drivers were chatty but very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sorrento Review. Excellent service which is quite rare today!

We booked a taxi transfer from Sorrento to Naples, booking was very easy, we were given price and driver information regarding our pickup. The car was spotless and our driver was so friendly. We would definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to others

We had a great experience traveling from Positano to Florence. Our driver was courteous, professional. and made our journey incredibly smooth. He even recommended a perfect midway stop, giving us a chance to stretch our legs and enjoy a bit to eat. The entire ride was comfortable and well-paced. We certainly would use this service again.

Dion at Sorrento Review was exceptionally helpful in reviewing our train connections and arranging our picked up at Caserta for a taxi transfer directly to our hotel in Positano. He even pointed out how to travel most economically on the trains. We needed a second taxi transfer later to get from Positano to Pompeii and Dion made it happen quickly and conveniently.

First of all our Captain and 1st Mate. Both were very professional and also so much fun to be with. We had quite a mix of people from several countries and somehow we were able to enjoy each other and have fun on board the vessel. This was enhanced by the beauty of the sea and land sightseeing stops along the way, with a lovely mix of time together and time to be on our own . In our opinion, the trip by sea was far preferable to the steep high winding mountain roads.

Dion was very helpful and always prompt to reply to all of our queries. Experience was fantastic and fully recommend the guys.

I know there aren't many reviews online for this company, but we took a chance and we're pleasantly surprised. My wife and I were travelling with three small children and didn't need the hassle of public transport and not being guaranteed seats from Napoli to Sorrento.

We were greeted by our driver upon exiting arrivals as promised. He helped us carry our luggage to the vehicle. He was chatty and gave us some very good recommendations and advice about our stay. The vehicle was clean and in excellent condition. He dropped us at our accomodation and helped with the luggage.

I would not hesitate using this company again and would recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend. Our driver was waiting at the airport for us, he was nice and friendly. When he dropped us off he told us exactly where he would pick us up for the return trip to the airport (it wasn't possible to drop us right outside our hotel as the road was so narrow). Very reliable, good communication before the trip, I would use them again.

Sorrento Review is one of the most responsive and helpful companies I have ever worked with! We used this company to book a transfer from Naples Airpots to Sorrento and again to book a day tour of the Almafi Coast. Both times the drivers made sure my family was comfortable and shared great insights into the area. We learned so much! The private transfer day tour was an amazing experience! It is the best way to see the beautiful towns of the Almafi Coast! I highly recommend!

Great communication all very clear, drivers early and spoke very good English. The online arrangements are spot on and everything was done as promised. Polite friendly staff would recommend.
