Dental Clinic Albania

I got veneers done at Sorriso Sicuro in Albania and I am really happy with the result! I especially want to thank Daniela, the consultant, who provided me with excellent and thorough advice. Her consultation was very detailed and helped me choose the best option for my smile. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality treatment and attentive, personalized service.

Extremely Disappointed –disrespectful

I chose this clinic based on the positive reviews and trusted them enough to book a flight all the way from London to Tirana. I expected everything—transfer, hotel, and treatment—to be professionally organized, as promised.

However, the moment I arrived, everything started to go wrong. A taxi driver picked me up from the airport but dropped me off at a completely different hotel—Light Hotel—instead of the Mercur Hotel, which they originally showed me on their website and confirmed in our communication.

When I contacted the clinic, they apologized and said, "Maybe we can send you to Mercur later," as if it was no big deal. I was already uncomfortable and didn’t want to accept this change, but I didn’t know the area, I hadn’t booked anything myself, and I felt stranded in a foreign country.

Eventually, I reluctantly went to Light Hotel—only to find out they didn’t even have a reservation for me. My name wasn’t on any list. I was stuck, stressed, and completely disappointed.

This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I’ve never felt so misled and stressed while traveling. Be very cautious—this feels like a scam. What they advertise and what they deliver are two completely different things.

IMPORTANT: For the sake of transparency and respect for our work – backed by over 500 verified Google reviews – we feel it is necessary to clarify the situation.

We are not a hotel service. We are a dental clinic. As clearly stated on our website (www.sorrisosicuro.al) and in the written quote provided before arrival, we offer free hotel accommodation only for treatment plans above €5,000. As a courtesy, we help organize accommodation for other cases, but hotel management is not our responsibility.

In this case, we originally proposed Mercure Hotel as our first partner. If that hotel is fully booked – which sometimes happens – we provide a hotel of equal level, as clearly explained in our documentation.

We fully covered the costs of both the taxi transfer and the hotel reservation, even though this patient never confirmed their final treatment plan or even responded to our last communications. Instead of an apology for the lack of communication, we now receive a damaging and misleading review unrelated to our core services.

It is unfortunate that someone would call our clinic a “scam” when no treatment was ever provided, and all organizational expenses were paid entirely by us. We invite all future patients to verify these details directly with our staff and to review our hundreds of authentic testimonials from satisfied patients who have actually completed their treatments.
