Can't recommend them. If you want to return something like a chair, a table, a couch, etc. they expect you to do it yourself. I got two big chairs here that do not fit in my car and I have to drop this off at a post office. Truly ridiculous.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU GET NOTHING BUT LIES ABOUT YOUR ORDER. If I could give this company NO STARS I would. I ordered and paid for an armchair. Should have been delivered within 5 days. That was almost 3 weeks ago. After ordering the chair was suddenly sold out. I contacted them and they said it had come in that day and would be delivered a.s.a.p. a week later still nothing. I contacted them again as the chair was still sold out on the website. Got a complete lie that it hadn't been booked in yet and would be delivered Wednesday (today). Ooo what a surprise NOTHING. more contact and no reply until i reported it to the partner website I ordered it through. I then get and email...haven't you received it yet? .... No of course not because you haven't sent anything. Just spinning me a load of lies. Do not take me for an idiot. I will be reporting this company to the geschillencommissie tomorrow. Disgusting service, in fact NO SERVICE.

I received the wrong order with wrong items. After difficult contact, I was allowed to solve it myself and make sure that the wrong article would return to Sortio home. In the end I did because my invoice (which had to be paid) was about to start, purely out of self-interest, so they hadn't solved this for me. In short, a brutal service and don't fix it. Order from another site!

I ordered an expensive chair about a month ago, and received tracking information about a week later, and yet there is still no tracking information available through the link they gave via postnl as it seems sortiohome has still yet to ship my package or communicate about its delivery status.

I have ordered the Blackus Bruin dining table from Sortio Home. The delivery was considerably delayed, the colour of the table top is not the same as on the pictures not to mention the poor quality of the wood effect (IKEA does better with its tables sold for 30 euros). What a waste of time and money!
