I found it to be a very interesting and unique experience. It was the first time I did an interview in this style and found it to be a good experience!

I would recommend more and different questions for the practice interview they give as that would help in the different scenarios they would give during the real interview.

Overall, this was a very interesting and unique group and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

I really enjoyed taking this test! I thought the online format really made it more accessible, as we could do it whenever we wanted and with no travel. The time to consider our answer before typing was very helpful, but the video recorded responses were even more fruitful! They allowed us to speak from the heart and express our passion for the things we got to speak about. I would definitely prefer this over standardized testing, which evaluates no facet of human interaction, compassion or devotion. The questions themselves were so thought-provoking, and really highlighted one's crucial problem solving abilities.

I had a great experience using SortSmart. It was very easy and simple to use. My only complaint would be that after the camera test (to ensure that your camera is working), you can on longer see yourself on your computer screen to ensure that you are still within the field of view of your camera. However, I would definitely be happy to use SortSmart again!

Very straightforward experience. All instructions were well explained for the virtual interview! Website was easy to navigate, everything went smoothly.

I believe the SortSmart test is a very fair form of assessment, since it allows the interviewer to receive genuine, on-the-spot responses, while also getting to observe some of the person's personality traits.

I found the layout of the questions to be well organized. The prompt for the type of question was helpful. However, having the question displayed before answering would be helpful. Giving us a few seconds to read the question and prepare our responses before directly answering would have been nice.
Having a countdown was also very helpful to know that time remaining.

The SortSmart experience is reminiscent of a CASPer test if you've ever taken one. It's dynamic, using multiple response formats, situations, and topics to keep you on your feet and assess you on several different axes. I noticed some typos, but overall it was professional and an interesting assessment tool.

This software was easy to use and to navigate. I found that I was able to find the navigation buttons and read the prompts with ease and found the instructions and testing service itself very fluid and visually appealing in its simplicity.

Great platform! Only thing that made it kind of difficult way have you just look at your webcam and not be able to actually see anyone.

It was an amazing and different experience. It was my first time doing an interview like this but I loved it. I think this is the future of job, school or scholarship interview. I was very nervous at first about my internet connection, and of course looking and a camera, however, I ended up feeling more comfortable and opened up. Great experience!!!!

I thought this was a really unique way to conduct an interview test. I had some issues initially but that was quickly resolved and the rest of the test progressed effectively.

SortSmart is an interesting new tool used to grade medical school applications, similar to the CASPer test. I would have liked more situational analysis questions as well as video response questions, but overall the format was good and the questions interesting. It does very much reflect the experience of a real-life interview with its time limits as well.

This was my first time using SortSmart and I loved it. It was just like a real interview, the system worked fantastically no issues. Instructions were clear and to the point, enough time was delighted per question. I would definitely recommend to other business’.
