SORU jewellery is absolutely stunning and their customer service truly is exceptional. I recently reached out to the team regarding an issue with a ring and Deb provided immediate help offering me either a refund or repair as the item was now out of stock. I requested a refund and she coordinated free shipping and will then arrange onward shipping to Italy for the repair - fantastic all round!

SORU are an amazing company selling beautifully designed and made jewellery and offering fantastic customer services. I reached out to them as one of my earrings needed a repair. They responded quickly and told me that it was no problem at all to fix my earring. They fixed it beautifully and returned the item quickly. I cannot recommend SORU highly enough.

Soru is my go-to for beautiful jewellery, but on this occasion I reached out to ask if they could help me fix one of their necklaces I had broken. Deb was amazing - organising the sending of it for fixing and the return. I couldn't have asked for better service. Having been stung by a few high end brands recently, Soru are leading the way in fabulous customer service!

I own several Soru earrings, including a beautiful ruby and turquoise pair – the backs have been loose for years and I never got round to resolving it!

A whole eight (!) years after purchasing the pair, prompted by an upcoming event to wear them at, I reached out last week to the customer service team (half thinking it was too late). But Deb was swift, gracious, and proactive to arrange a selection of backs to be sent to me asap – which has since resolved the issue, so I won’t risk losing my earrings!

Recently one of my sapphire drop earrings broke. I contacted customer service who advised what steps to follow in sending the earrings to them for repair. In total, a timeframe of approximately 12 days the earrings were received by soru, repaired and returned to me.

I want to recognise the exceptional customer service I received from Jo at Soru. I recently contacted Customer Services after losing a precious piece of jewellery that was no longer in stock. The sentimental value made its loss incredibly difficult, and I never imagined I would be able to find a replacement.

I have purchased a few pairs of earrings from SORU, all beautiful and no issues. Recently I reached out as I noticed there was a problem with one of my pairs of earrings. The customer service was exceptional from prompt replies to the ultimate turn around and fix of the issue. This is why I would continue to purchase their earrings, Jo and Deb both were super helpful and it’s why I will continue to purchase and buy their products.

I had great customer service today from Jo. My order got lost (totally my fault as I put the wrong postcode on the order). It made its way back to soru after weeks and weeks and Jo arranged to have the parcel re delivered to me without question. I had given up trying to contact the post office and had written it off.. made my day to have my beautiful necklace coming to me..!

I have been purchasing jewellery from SORU for a number of years. I love that their pieces are the perfect blend between unique and elegance.

I'll be honest for many they would be considered purchase, but they always do great offers and sales and the quality is worth it. (This is normally when I purchase).

This brings me to my recent encounter with the SORU team.
I had recently contacted them to purchase the Notte Stellata earrings and spoke to the lovely Deb. She was more then accommodating with my queries sending me extra pictures etc from the office in a timely manner.

Unfortunately for me these earrings were very popular and sold out before I could purchase. Deb did offer me alternatives to meet the criteria I was after (elegant everyday earring), but my heart was set on the Notte Stellata design.

Fast forward almost two weeks later and Deb messages me out of the blue because they have one pair of these earrings come in to stock (for reference the line is to be discontinued for new styles). I was very appreciative that Deb not only remembered my enquiry but took the time to reach out and arrange delivery of item. I feel that this personalised customer care is very much missing in this industry today with everyone being seemingly far to busy. Thank you again Deb she is an asset to the SORU team : ).

Excellent customer service

I bought the baroque Pearl earrings after seeing them on a colleague. I wanted them to wear on my wedding day. I’d hoped to take them to a dress fitting to check if they’d go but that was outside of the returns date. The team allowed me to hang on to them until then and offered a full refund if they didn’t suit. They also suggested holding off purchasing for a few days as there was a sale coming up. You can’t ask for more than that, and they are stunning. I’m keeping them and can’t wait to wear them down the aisle.
