I have bought few bits from this company very nice designs. Bought pendant with bead design, beads fell out after not that many wears rendering it unwearable, plus the gold plate looked faded very quickly. Contacted customer service and was advised that as it was over 6 months since purchase I would have to pay £20 to return it and wait however many months for it to be repaired. I explained although it had been six months the piece had not been worn much but they were not interested. Very disappointing, will not buy from here again no matter how nice designs are as the quality does not reflect the price. Tried to review the item on the site to say this but strangely the review didn’t go on there.

Fabulous service from Jo in customer services. I received an email asking if I really needed a connector for a charm as the charm came with a connector. I had not realised so I have been refunded for the cost of the connector. I am so impressed because it was entirely my mistake . Thank you so much.

My sister LOVES Soru jewellery and has lots of pieces - I ordered a charm this morning for her but a couple of hours later I decided I wanted to add the charm necklace but didn’t want to place a separate order and pay again for delivery. Outstanding Customer Service

I have several pieces of jewellery from Soru which I have purchased over the years. Recently I contacted Soru’s Customer Services because one earring in a pair had a break in the link so I asked them about their repair service. I sent photographs and they told me to package the earrings up and they would repair. I was then contacted by Soru to say they had noticed a couple of the crystals had also fallen out and they were sending me a brand new pair! I am delighted as I love these earrings. I was more than I was expecting and a happy surprise to get one of my favourite pieces of jewellery back and replaced with a new pair! Thank you Soru, you treat your customers really well and I will continue to purchase from you!

I love this jewellery collection. I was gifted a beautiful pair of earrings for my 50th birthday which introduced me to the brand. Sadly one of the stems broke. I decided to reach out to custmer service and I have been blown away by Debbie's service and professionalism. No questions asked, I sent the broken earrings off for repair and they were sent back to me in a beautiful gift box. She was prompt in responding to my emails and I would not hesitate to buy from Soru again! Thank you Debbie for your personal service (a rare find these days) - I am most grateful! :)

Added to my Soru colllection as have had my eye on this beautiful cross. Greatest decision made. Lovely quality as always. I just wish the chain was longer as ended up buying an extension. Size of cross needs it ti be a longer length in my opinion. Didnt stop me buying it though!

The Elena earrings are truly show-stopping – spettacolari, as we’d say in Italian. They're beautifully crafted, ever so flattering and delightfully lightweight, so I can wear them comfortably all day. The intricate details are gorgeous, and every time I wear them I feel transported to a summer evening by the Adriatic sea back home. The fact that they share my mum's name makes them even more special!
