I am extremely satisfied with those. The purpose of those shakers are to help you lose some weight fast. It works for me. I see that some people complaint about the taste. Yes, obviously, these will never taste the same as an actual plate of bolognese pasta … so yes, you need to get used to the taste of them. For me, after one or 2 days, I am totally ok with the taste. They are easy to use, the concept is convenient and I you lose weight if you follow the rules (if you don’t, then don’t expect amazing results). I will do it again.

This weight loss diet is just perfect! -10lbs in a month!

I really enjoyed this So Shape Challenge! Got first results within a week and after a month I can see and feel positives changes in my body.

Very good first experience with this new brand (which is French I think). I took the 28 day program and I'm 100% satisfied with both the products and the results!

These shakes are awful. No matter how vigorously shaken, it's still clumpy. The taste is pretty bad also. I'm sorry I ever fell for this. I emailed about my dissatisfaction but didn't get a response. Not surprising.

Ordering is easy, packaging is nice, it came on time. But that's really the end of the positives. The shakes are simultaneously slimy and chunky, the pasta sauces are thick and bland and chalky tasting, and, when prepared, are about half a coffee cup's worth of food for a dinner.
I regret every dollar I spent here, and am going to end up throwing out about ten days' worth of their starvation diet meals.

Super efficient diet! In love with the shakes!

It's the first time I love dieting! Both shakes and evening meals are delicious. I'm currently doing the 28-day plan and am already thinking about doing another one for even more results!

In itself I was quite enthusiastic, but then:
The enclosed brochure came in italian.
I unfortunately do not speak Italian so I got this sent in English.
All good so far.
Then I wanted to start the challenge and found that both rice and pasta packets were missing.
On my nice mail, what they could offer me now (discount on next order, etc.) because some things had gone wrong, I never received an answer.
And the whole thing for 110.00 euros
Furthermore, the meals taste consistently very powdery.
The shakes are ok.
The accrued garbage mountain is a disaster and converted it is unfortunately far too expensive.

I absolutely love drinking these shakes. I prepare 1 in the morning and drink it until lunch time, then eat a lunch that I either bring from home or order at work, then drink another around 6:30. I love sipping on drinks throughout the day and this has curbed my need to snack/drink. Only con, I am not a huge fan of the actual meals (pasta based dishes).

Effective! It the first time I write this kind of review, but this brand and its products deserve it. It's good, it's easy, and it works!

This new weight loss diet is simply perfect! The shakes are absolutely delicious and the pasta very tasty too. Most important, it works: 10lbs lost in a month!

This is my second time ordering. I really didn’t like the food at all and I didn’t think all the hot sauce I was ingesting to get them down was good either so I thought I’d give it another try with just the shakes. So far it’s better for me. They are tastier and it’s easier for me to have a shake for dinner than a disappointing meal. And honestly if I lived by myself and didn’t have to make my kids dinner I would probably be content with the meals. There is a lot of unnecessary plastic with the delivery and it would be nice to see that go.

I placed my order on the 2nd November 2021. It was shipped on the 10th November 2021 which is already extremely late considering their payment page states that you should receive your order within 3-6 days. Of course no one bothered letting me know that they were experiencing delays. In the end this order is somehow returned to sender.
I called to find out why but they have no idea and sent me another package which again is returned to sender.

It's now been 15 days and it looks like I'm nowhere near receiving my package. Tried calling many many times since the 2nd package has been returned to them and no one is answering the phone. No one will respond to my emails either.

The shakes are pretty good. I can only do two shakes/meals a day a few days a weeks. This whey protein is really easy on stomachs but every single day gets to be a bit much. I prefer the shakes over the meals. I’m sure if I did the recipes, the meals would be better but I’m already preparing a meal for the kids and hubby, I just want to heat and eat. The shakes are good. They have little cookie-pieces in them so it’s nice to have a little crunch! Pass on the hazelnut. For some reason I thought it would be sweeter.
The package isn’t the easiest to open if you tear it. It’s a little messy until you get the tear just right but I suppose regular packets can poof everywhere too. I feel more full on these shakes than others I have tried.

I've tried probably every program out there and this one has been my favorite by far. Lost 8 lbs over my first 28 days and am going to keep going until I hit my goal. Shakes are delicious, the meals are good, it's easy to stick with and reasonably priced. Highly recommend it!

I'm editing my initial review as, even if there were some issues with my order and it took some time to get a solution, I have to say that customer care went above an beyond to help.
Overall, I really liked the sweet drinks and most of the meals were also OK. I think it helped me to not exceed with calories and to feel less bloated. Recommended!
