Do not purchase from this company never received my items and I paid extra for VIP shipping . Have contacted them numerous times and keep getting either email bounce back as invalid . They have now changed they entire store name and appearance.

Total scan... I ordered a portable console but the tracking was wrong.. I became tired of sending messages and getting the same response, and the given e-mail sends back an auto reply message saying that the box is full... Is always changing name...

Complete scam. Ordered something advertised on instagram on the f1st of April 2023, given a tracker number a few days later. The number seemed to track via a tracking site saying the package was being loaded and sent via Chinese airline. Since the 10th of April 2023 it has been stuck with said airline that was apparently coming to the UK but there was no movement since. I have emailed various times and received the same reply with the same text Lee number saying your package has been loaded and is being shipped, I have since seen a change of email on the site and tried to email both accounts. One has now become an email that is non existent and is bouncing emails back to me. Total scam!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM I ordered a vanity table for my daughter for Christmas and a games table for my son they gave me a tracking number and I followed it everyday to see where it was going and I got a email saying it’s been delivered to my address and it hadn’t so I emailed the help service and they asked me for the tracking number my address and my email I used to order it so I sent it over and they kept repeating it and said it will take 3-5 day to get back to me and they didn’t Sao I sent them another email and same thing well in the end I asked for a refund they never got back to me It’s a scam please don’t buy anything from these people there scammers 🤬🤬 I have contacted my solicitor and hope they can take them to court if it’s a real company they will get shut down

Ordered an apple play adapter for my daughters car after seeing it advertised on Tik Tok and was provided a tracking number upon shipping.

After a week it was showing as delivered so I checked the number to find that it was delivered to a completely different name and an address over 150 miles away.

Complete scam, do not order from this company.

As the rest of the reviews say, I have ordered the fluffy blanket sets and nothing has arrived. I received no conformation email, so no way to contact them or track parcels. Luckily I always screen shot my purchases so have proof of purchase and will be contacting my bank. Definitely a scam.

Do not buy from this company ever they steal your mum respond bk to say they are doing everything they can when really there doin nothing. This service is shocking I should of know it was too good to be true awful service website should be shut down for fraud

I placed an order for a infinity game table and just like everyone else I got nothing and they think they slick they changed their name and email address the only way to improve would be to refund everyone they stole money and close shop 😑

As others have said games table too good to be true. I was suspicious when they took 2 payments. Tracking number doesn’t work, no response to emails and now they bounce back

I ordered a fuzzy bed set in December of 2022 I emailed them SEVERAL times asking for my stuff when I called the post office they said I was getting the wrong tracking number and the one they gave me was not a bed set and it was delivered to TEXAS I'm in NEW YORK

Ordered an infinity games table after seeing it advertised on Tik Tok.

And yes.... It was too good to be true. I have contacted them many times but the only response I have ever had from them is them asking me for my order number. After providing my order number, they never respond. I've had this convo with them 3 times now and guess what... I STILL DON'T HAVE MY ORDER!!!

Made the mistake of purchasing the game table like many others. They send a fake tracking number and details. Shows it was delivered today but nothing turned up and not proof. No response to any of my emails either.

This website is a scam. The tracking information advised the order was 'delivered' in Belfast (live in Leeds) and when contacting them about it, they said to check with neighbours and the post office.

0 stars would be too good! complete scam, daughter ordered some bedding, using her own money, tracker said it was delivered roughly 100 miles away, emailed and never responded. please dont order and lose money, I just wish she had told be before ordering and lossing her money. complete scammers and just take your money

Absolutely disgusting. Bought games table via TikTok. Placed order 2nd dec. money taken from my account. Tracking shows item delivered on 28th dec in River Hodder!!! Sent 3 emails to company… no reply! I will be taking this further! Do not trust.
